Tru Water Filters

I ordered in January, never received the products. I emailed customer service several times with no response and tried to call them. The phone did not connect.

After 10 x months of constant chasing for my order and a credit, I had to get the bank involved to get my monies back. Tru Water is very dodgy and rely on you giving up with ongoing, repetitive, automated emails telling you the goods have been delayed and they are doing their best to rectify your situation. It is all lies!!!

I have ordered items successfully using eBay all these years and thought I would try ordering from a website for a change. After reading the terrible reviews below how can this company still be operating?

Ordered and paid for parts. 4 weeks later stock has still not been posted. After re-requesting order, they say they are shipping out the next week. 5 weeks later, they tell me stock has a delay. 2 weeks later after re-requesting again, I have been told it could take up to 2 weeks for refund to be processed, IF refund is approved. Nearly 90 day process, i'm out of pocket and have not received product.

I had used them in 2018 and all was fine but this year, order placed and order not fulfilled. I had one response to my many emails from Anthony saying they were experiencing delays but still nothing 6 months later. No response and the website is now gone.

SCAM DO NOT ORDER AS WON'T RECEIVE ANYTHING!

Service is terrible, the very worst ever!! I have been trying for days by email, calling the tel numbers on there website, which lead you to a dead end automated response, no one ever on the chat and that times out. what kind of service is this? I have an order placed early August 2020 and have been chasing for weeks now with absolutely no responses to any of the emails. Credit card payment dispute is is now!

The item I ordered never arrived and multiple emails were left with no response. I requested an eta and after another two week’s of no response from tru water a refund but again - nothing.

Extremely disappointed and now trying to get my money back

I purchased 2 filters from Tru Water on 2 May 2020 for $121.50. There were two issues with my order: (1) they only shipped 1 filter; and (2) they charged my $131.50. They did not respond to repeated emails or voice messages for over a month, and when they Finally did, Paul insisted that I simply do not understand anything about business, and that they do not make mistakes like this. No matter what, there are only two possible explanations for this: either they are incompetent, or they are committing fraud. I reached out to my bank, and they believe Paul is committing fraud. My bank reimbursed me in full...as Paul was unwilling to even look at my invoice and bank statement (to see that the charged amount is different from the authorized amount).

Avoid this company. They take your money and your product takes forever (if ever) to arrive. Customer service (not that it really qualifies as that) is appalling and they constantly give you the run around.

If there was a rating for less than one star i would use it for this company. I recommend NOT using them for any purchases
