Children's Circus

I ordered 2 recliner lounge chairs on 8th August. 1 got delivered on the 16th of August to my address (Brisbane) the 2nd one some how found it's way to Western Australia, oops small error.

On the 21st of August my tracking info tells me my 2nd chair is now at the Brisbane warehouse waiting to be despatched. On the 23rd of August I decided to make a call and was informed by one of the circus performers that there stuff up won't be delivered until the 26-27 August. Living around 15 mins from the warehouse I'd sooner pick it up myself than to have that trashy basic business drive down my street.

Hopeless company

I had a parcel ordered..it came from Melbourne to rocklea in a day....then sat in Rocklea for 5 days before going to toowoomba where it has been for 12 days...i am an hour an half from toowoomba....i have sent numerous requests to no avail...they just ignore me...the company who i purchased my order from can't get any sense from them either

So infuriating...i wish i could find where the toowoomba depot is at.....i will never have anything to do with them again....absolutely zero stars

no pick up

Monday - booked them to pick up a box in NSW with a delivery address of Kedron in Brisbane. Started called calling them on Wednesday as the small box had not been picked up yet. By Monday one week and still it had not been picked up. At this point I cancelled the shipment. I would not recommend using Allied Express.

Unfortunately, there is no 0 rating!!

My purchase has been sitting in the depot in Brisbane for over 2 1/2 weeks. Every non-sensical reason under the sun not to deliver - floods (we're not flooding), roads have pot-holes and trucks can't handle it (we receive stock from everywhere else on time), no drivers (not my problem). I cannot find a review over 1 "poor". I have never had the displeasure of dealing with a company before. No one seems interested in helping in anyway. Nothing is escalated. Customer service is non-existent. Absolutely appalled at attempts to help out. Clearly managers do not read reviews. Will never ever use again!!

No delivery attempted!

So on board for delivery today but ZERO delivery attempt and absolutely no one to contact. So sick of these lazy couriers!! Big W and Kmart need to rethink their business partners

If I could give 0 stars I would

Had my package STOLEN from one of the workers. When I contacted Allied Express they were so unhelpful and told me they would start an “investigation” but at the end of all the emails and calls they just handed me over to Kmart (where my package was from) and told me to just contact them. Completely unhelpful and terrible customer service. DO NOT get involved with this company as there are no positives to it.

Worst delivery and customer service

I ordered from Kmart on 24 February 2021, the package was picked up by them on 2 March 2021. It has been on board for delivery since 3 March 2021. I have tried to follow-up every day since last Thursday, the package is yet to be delivered and the call center keeps putting the phone down in my ear when I want to speak to someone in escalations. I don't understand how a driver can have a package on board for delivery for 3 days and 'run out of time', they either have a schedule to follow or the system is not working. Companies that use them promises a certain timeframe, this delivery is now outside of that timeframe. I am extremely irritated at this point in time, as I believe this is possibly the worst service ever!! And the fact that the call center won't transfer or give you a number where you can lodge a complaint, is beyond me. There is also no other numbers available for this company apart from the tracking call center. This company is clearly not interested in improving their shocking service!!

Delay in receiving parcels is disgusting, goods sit at depot

I ordered goods online which came in 2 boxes, I received box number 2 and 7 days later box 1 is still sitting at depot, you phone their call centre who states will be sent tomorrow, tomorrow comes still not sent. Amanda in their call centre is so rude. I dont understand why this big company I purchased from hasn’t moved their business to another company.

I would never use or recommend this company!

Terrible Company - avoid at all costs

Appalling customer service and service in general. My items have been at Brisbane warehouse for almost 5 weeks. They cannot find them.

Would have to be the worst courier company in the country.

Rude phone staff as well - have cut me off twice.

WARNING! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

You will never receive your item. Their phone lines don't work and the tracking does not work. I'm certain this business will close soon.
