Been waiting for 3-4 weeks for something to come from Victoria. Bought it on the 17th of January. Was meant to be here on the 21st. Has been sitting in rocklea since the 20th January.

No response to my email enquiries. Can't get through on the phone. My parcel has been sitting at Rocklea since the 15th January. Not even the seller answers properly.

This company were extremely delayed with delivery, difficult to contact by phone, staff were impolite and unhelpful, and could not give estimates of delivery times. I recommend you avoid them at all costs.

Ordered items on the 2nd January and was told 3-5 business days. Apparently they are now on their way to Toowoomba from the Rocklea Depot (19 days later). But then again maybe they're not??? Nobody seems to know their location or when I could hope to receive them. For the love of beer, they were only sent from Brendale. I ordered goods from Hong Kong on the same day and received them over a week ago. Staff do not communicate and I have launched two investigations as to where my goods are however nobody gets back to you. How is this company even still operating?? Just read the reviews - do not use this company!!

What a shame I can't give 0 stars!!
They just don't deliver the goods!
They obviously have a huge holding facility, because mine and everyone else's parcels are there and have been for over a month undelivered!
Would NEVER use them, and will avoid businesses that do.

Still waiting on a delivery from December (capital city metro delivery). Tracking shows the item sitting firstly in the Melbourne depot and now Rocklea undelivered. ETA slipped to the point where none are now given, just out of date explanations such as "high Christmas volumes".

Ordered a outdoor player from a company in Melbourne in October, still no delivery, tracking and staff are absolutely useless, next step is office of fair trading, these guys are a joke.

My item has been sitting in the Rocklea depot for 3 weeks. When I finally was able to get through by phone, (emails went unanswered) I was told they had no idea when my item would be delivered. Staff abrupt, lousy service. I have informed the firm which I made the purchase from, that I would no longer deal with them if they continued to use Allied Express. I think the Express part should be taken out of your title.

Had an item collected in Melbourne to be Brisbane bound however sat in Melbourne dispatch centre for over 1 week of which they blamed covid repeatedly as the delay and said no heavy hauls from Melbourne and "I just have to be patient" ( after paying express cost to the seller of $100.00) I realise the freight was paid to seller as informed by service centre of Allied. The lass informed me they charged less fright cost then I paid to the company who sold my item so no reimbursement on express frieght was applicable to me.
Then to add more ignorence to the already disappointing situation, once arrived to Brisbane advised that parcel has magically gained 4x sellers listed weight and as such if I want in a timely manner pay another $200.00 as excess weight cost as they can't tell me how long it will take to be dispatched under normal circumstances.
Web site states from $30.00 for same day. Item is 27kg and needs to travel 20.8kms from the brisbane depot to my house for $200.00 on top of the express already paid..... Service refused to double check weight of consignment.
Don't believe the name of "Allied Express" apsolutly nothing express about this company nor are the testimonial's on the website accurate. The experience leaves you feeling if you were a corporate company they will help however if you are general public tuff, you will
get it when THEY are ready and not sooner...... Just appalling

Extremely rude staffed and unrealible company. Everyday they change their minds and delay delivery date. Their website and application are very poor. The provided phone number also is not responsible after 15 minutes waiting staff give me an irrelevant answer.
