Craig and his team did a great job installing many lights, ceiling fans, new power plugs & heated towel rack. Could not fault their work, tuned up on time when they said they would and cleaned up before they left. I have used many electricians in the past but these guys have been the best so far. I can honestly highly recommend them for any electrical job. We will be using them again in the near future.

Late evening the electricity was cut off from most of the house. I tried few basic checks, unplugging everything, resetting the switches on the board but nothing worked. First thing in the morning I contacted an electrician who quoted $90 call out fee plus $90 p/h but couldn't attend till later in the day. Then I contacted Conford who was absolutely brilliant! He was willing to take 15min off his time and over the phone walk me through how to do systematic checking of all the switches to determine what was causing the power failure. Surely enough we found what was causing it and after isolating it i had the power back instantly. Needless to say I was very happy that I had power back, I saved $180 and was able to salvage meet and most of the food from the freezer/fridge. It is amazing that there are still people out there who are willing to help at their own expense. I will definitely trust him and use him in the future.

Craig and his apprentice did a great job installing downlights in my home in Ascot Vale and changing some other existing lights and switches. Craigs communication was very prompt in regards to phone/txt/email, always received a response straight away. Craig understood i needed my electrical work carried out immediately before other trades could start and he was able to squeeze me in which was much appreciated. Craig is very knowledgeable and professional and i highly recommend his company

My past experience with electricians has left me wishing I had never called them. Craig, however, has been my first exception. Polite, on-time, clean, well mannered and knowledgeable. He even had an equally well mannered apprentice.
We had several sensor lights installed around our house after some recent burglaries in our street. Craigs advice was sensible and his price was fair.

I asked Craig to inspect my property and provide a quote for a full rewire after Id received advice from another electrician that this work needed to be undertaken urgently. What struck me most about Craig was how thorough he was with the inspection and his absolute honesty in advising that I did not require a rewire. Craig could easily have recommended lengthy and expensive work which I would likely have undertaken and been none the wiser. I have great respect for this approach and will definitely use him on other electrical work in the future.
