I knew as soon as I checked out Craigs website that I wanted him to come & quote me for the work I wanted done. His website looked really professional. When he came round to quote for the works, he went into great detail about what needed to be done and the best way to achieve it. By the time he left, Id also learned a bit about electrics! I did get other quotes as well, but it wouldnt have mattered whether he was the cheapest or the dearest, I just knew that I wanted him to do the job, call it gut instinct. He was always professional, always polite, always punctual and Im really pleased with the end result. I would honestly recommend Craig (and his apprentice!) to anybody looking to have electrical work done, and if I need or want anything else done in the future, he will be my first and only point of call. Craig has been fantastic from the moment he provided a quote to the end of the job. Craig has explained everything in detail and highlighted things that I needed to know in a timely manner. He was also extremely understanding in a couple of hiccups we had with respect to other trades delaying his work and didnt penalise me for the delay.
