I recently used Optima Cleaners for both oven and window cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Their team was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough.



My oven was covered in stubborn grease and baked-on grime, but they restored it to a spotless, like-new condition without any harsh chemicals. The windows, which had streaks and dirt buildup, now look crystal clear with no smudges in sight.

Fantastic job with friendly service. Our BBQ hasn’t been used for at leased 2 years and the grease and dirt was all baked in. The guys made it look like new.

These guys are scammers. I have requested work from them and I have mentioned that after their bond clean, I will no longer be in location to assist with anything else. The cleaning was NOT done to standard, as noted by the realestate agent, and so the team had to come back. But, they knew I was away so they asked for more money and told me that the windows had to be cleaned. I requested before and after photos of the windows since I have to pay for them; because I wanted to see they weren't lying. They charged me the money but did not present any evidence as such. DO NOT GO WITH THIS TEAM. There were more things that happened with this team than I could be bothered to type - please choose another company to clean your house.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! I wish I could rate Optima Cleaners 0 stars, but I cannot so I will rate them 1 star.



I had arranged for Optima Cleaners to come to our property for an end-of-lease clean, feeling confident with their 100% bond back guarantee. The cleaners undertook the clean in only 1-2 hours (whereas their website says it usually takes half a day?). They also called me on the day of the clean saying they needed an extra $240, which we had no choice but to pay as we needed to return the keys the following day. The agent then inspected the property and there were so many areas missed, along with the balcony being stained blue from their cleaning products!!



I then contacted Optima Cleaners, who said they would do a re-clean. By this time, my partner and I had vacated the property, so Optima had organised to meet the agent at 10 am. I get a call from Optima at 12:30 pm saying that nobody is there to let them in, clearly because they arrived 2.5 hours late. Eventually they organised a re-clean and undertook said clean, again failing to clean the property properly. They then said that they would clean again, but they delayed it continuously, so the agent had to organise an urgent re-clean by another company before the new tenants moved in. This therefore cost my partner and I $450.



They also have not returned the keys to the agent. The agent has told them on multiple occasions to just place them in the drop box, which they have not yet done. They have had the keys for over three weeks!



I am extremely disappointed with Optima Cleaners, I asked them to reimburse me the $450 and the extra $240, to which they offered $100, which is just insulting.



This company says they are an 100% bond back guarantee business, but they are clearly not, since $450 has been reduced from our bond!!! I am never ever using this company again.

I can't say enough for the service of Optima cleaners and Team Jas and Mani. Fantastic attention to detail. Really nice couple of polite. Stayed all day to assure everything is sparkling. I have had bond cleans many times before and ti is always a hassle. But this time i got my full bond back after the inspection and the real estate asked for the contact details of the cleaning crew. Definitely recommend!
