Optima Cleaners

Optima Cleaners has provided one of the worst services I have ever encountered. They quote one price and then renegotiate the service price on the day of the bond clean. They misrepresent themselves as a professional cleaning company on their website but on cleaning day you will realise that they use unprofessional subcontractors. They promise to respond to issues within 48 hours but does not respond to ANY phone calls or emails. They did not clean the garage or the veranda as agreed, which I had to do myself afterwards. They did not dust nor clean the vertical blinds but merely folded them all up to hide the fact that they were not attended to. They do not honour their "Bond Guarantee" and wanted to charge me additionally for returning to clean the blinds! I had to organise a new cleaner to clean the blinds. And the list goes on ...

You will be out of pocket and left frustrated if you use them.

Very happy with the oven cleaning service provided by Optima Cleaners. The technician was punctual, polite and professional. He did a fantastic job cleaning my oven. The oven looked like new after the cleaning!

Awful! Not professional. Never use

Did not get bond back despite their claim and had to pay for another clean. Absolutely horrific service. Avoid!

- The clean was very poor and I did not get my bond back.

- I had to pay another company to redo the clean again and clean the carpets.

- They did not clean the carpets properly, they did not clean the oven vents, laundry, microwave, doors, skirting, windows properly, there were lots of marks all over the property.

- I have multiple photos to show the difference between their 'cleaning' and the second professional clean.

- They have refused to give me my money back and the manager / company owner has not contacted me as promised.

- Do no use them - it is clearly a scam and expensive way to lose money. They are not professional cleaners. Please pay someone else - they are quoting the same prices as other cleaning companies so use another one. Learn from my costly mistake.

NEVER use this cleaners! They don’t have customer service (they will say someone will call u back & no one will, not once but multiple times!) they are unprofessional, they have their own routine and don't listen to customer’s request. They will leave your key inside the property & leave your property open without any notice they have finish their job. They will leave few things untidy/un-clean, that you have to do yourself. Please stay away from this cleaners! NO customer should be treated like the way they treated me!
