OMG. I am definitely speechless. How hard is it to deliver something that can fit into a post box (and I would have preferred it to be sent via Auspost but the seller thought a courier could do better). Not only have I not received my package but it would be super late if it did arrive. I even got an email to say that an attempt was made to deliver it at 5.30AM but there was not safe place to deliver it - yes you read it right, 5.30AM. It didn't happen. If it did, there is a door with a door bell which would have woken me up and I would have gladly received it. So the hunt continues for this tiny order, the calls, the emails and the promises. It would have been much simpler to just have delivered it on time as expected - this tooing and froing costs the freight company too in lost time wasted on chasing up something that is apparently with them but has yet to hit the back of their truck for delivery.

If I could give a half Star I would. Courier must have given up looking for my address so dropped it off to something that looked near enough, a house with a similar number not a unit on the same Street. DO NOT USE

If you have a choice DO NOT use this company. Slow, unresponsive. Unfortunately the store I bought a jacket from DID use them. They held onto the order instead of shifting it ASAP, when I called them they promised to call back. Didn’t. I hounded them and finally got the parcel but I should not have had to do this.

It took 2 weeks to deliver a 500gm parcel from Melbourne to Warragul. I phoned after 10 days and was told someone would ring me back when they found it, that never happened. Then on Monday it was delivered at 5.10pm to a business that had closed and left on the doorstep for anyone walking past to pick up.

I received a call from the office telling me the parcel was on the way and was only 10km away. The driver was friendly unloading my parcel. All on time. Very professional service thankyou very much.

Failed to deliver items to Erica despite claiming the area is serviced every Friday. Each Friday came without delivery &, upon enquiring, advised me that it would be delivered next Friday. Eventually drove to Traralgon & picked it up ourselves from their depot.

Totally peeved off as i had called company this morning to see when delivery would happen re my shed. Advised would be in afternoon between 2pm and 3 pm, was also as requested noted that i would receive a call half an hour prior to delivery so i could attend property and be there on its arrival. Had to re schedule work. Only to later find out the delivery happened in the morning and was left in the torrential rain. No call to advise of delivery hence i was not there when they dropped it off. Very poor experience.

This is the worst courier company I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with.

Delivery from Dandenong was supposed to take 2 days, it's been 2 weeks now. Auz Country Carriers are much better.

Worst business ever took a month to deliver my item i had to make 20 phones calls asking when it's going to arrive stayed home day after day because they kept saying it will be delivered time after time and didn't show up won't repay calls truck driver told me to get my item off his truck

This company was used to ship some freight from New South Wales for me they promised me it would only take 1-3 buesness days instead it took 6 days to get delivered to me. Bit poor when the express company gives you a date for delivery and they don't deliver by that date. I thought freight services where about getting freight to people as quick as they can.not delaying it use a freight company that will stick by there word and deliver it within the time frame promised
