Easy Airport Parking

We booked by RACV membership.

On arrival, had to sit in van waiting for our driver for over 10 minutes, she went to move her personal car out of the way of a customers car, and proceeded to hit it. The poor people returning from an overnight flight must have been devastated. She then told us she didn't have insurance, and it's only money! We felt very uneasy leaving our car after that.

On return, the van arrived full with passengers, the older gentleman driving, pulled up and just stood there, and one of the passengers had to unload it all for them.

He then barked "am I picking you up" it was very unpleasant after a night flight. 20 minutes after leaving, we get a phone call "where are you" no hello, or it's such and such from Easy Airport parking, it was so rude. After establishing it was the driver, we said "you picked us up 20 minutes ago, so he just hung up.

Will never use again, very unprofessional and made us uneasy about leaving car. RACV should not be recommending this establishment.

The staff at Easy are second to none a great bunch of people. Super quick service to the airport and getting picked up. Highly recommend

Left my near new car with this business 2 weeks ago for 3 days. Arrived back late so headed off for 2 hour drive as did not want to hit any roos on way home. Washed car early next morning due to bugs from trip home and was absolutely livid to see 2 large scratches and a crease in my wheel arch! But the most infuriating thing was they attempted to touch up the scratches hoping I wouldn't see them! I even paid extra to have car parked under cover for new paintwork. So quick visit to panel beater, then numerous calls and an e mail that took 2 days to answer. Cannot believe someone would ok trying to deceive a client like that. It is in the hands of the insurance now, due to a pathetic attempt to contact me regards damage.CCTV camera police report, and Easy Airport might be doing a bit of editing I reckon. This little black duck wont let this slide. If you park there take photos of your car before you leave it and check it before you go.

Our car was moved from where we left it and was provided back to us damaged with dents and scrapes. We were told to email to management when we showed them on pick up, which I did on way home. No contact or response. Chased multiple times and finally received an email advising manager had been away. No more contact despite chasing again now having to resolve via VCAT. Would not park with them ever again.

My car was parked from 4th April 2019 till 26 april 2019. Car is a brand new mazda cx5 bought in dec'18. I thought the car park is safe however when i went to pick up my car it was scratched on front right side bumper and even the headlight has a bit of a scratch. Informed the driver who picked us from the airport and the reception staff and they took pictures. Advised me that i would get a call from "Management" after reviewing the camera footage. However i had to chase them to get a response only to hear that it didn't happen in their parking lot. Upon asking for the footage to be sent to me they advised i would get a callback from the "management" which obviously i haven't. I am an RACV member and was recommended by RACV to use EASYAP but what a sham they are running!

Recently went on a holiday via plane. Left two vehicles at the Easy Airport Parking facility that was recommended by you, as we used our RACV membership. Upon return we found both cars where unable to move, one car had a very flat battery, that the workers would have had to leave something on in the car to get it so flat. The cars had been moved to the front of the premises sometime that day in preparation of our return. We were told to push start the car which meant we would have gone onto Mickleham Road to get it going, eventually where we able to jump start the car (Which the worker of the facility had no idea how to jumpstart a car and was unable to assist us) . Our other car was found with a flat tyre on the back driver side, this was caused by a nail which was not there prior to the drop off of the cars along with the back bumper had been nudged as the clips on one side where broken off. NO assistance was given to us by the workers of the facility and we were told to "quickly vacate the premise as they are trying to move other cars around". Whilst it was my first time using Easy Airport Parking I have use other companies previously, I have never been more dissatisfied with the quality of the service. Safe to say I will not be leaving my cars at the Easy Airport Parking again nor will I ever recommend this facility.

Parking and transfer's went well.

Fact I paid extra to have my car cleaned inside and out and looks dirtier than when I dropped it off.

Looks like a 3 yo washed it with a dirty rag.

I'm very dissatisfied as all I was offered was them to do it again if I waited. I was already running late.

I was very happy with the price, the shuttle service and the treatment of my vehicle. Outstanding, however was the service from Rob, the shuttle driver on our return. I had my two small children with me, copious amounts of luggage and baby seats etc. Rob went far out of his way to help me and make the transfer as calm, easy and smooth as possible. When we got back to the parking area, Rob assisted me in loading my car and helping me whilst I installed the baby seats etc. His service made a stressful time much easier and the manner in which he undertook his duties was exemplary.

I have no hesitation recommending this service and company.

I parked my car here for a weekend and on my return i found a lot of damage on the one side of the car. They did a report and took pics but nothing has happened. Ive emailed them multiple times and called many times but not able to speak to a manager. It has been 3 weeks and not even an apology or anything. This is the second "lower cost" parking ive used and both damaged my car. To save yourself a lot of frustration and money rather use the bigger ones. Its worth the extra money.
