Horrible service

Never come across a courier company that are so incompetent. No phone number to be contacted in time of need and refused to give up depot address for pick up. What sort of company is this. Worst couriers I have ever experience

Impossible to speak to a human being. The virtual assistant give the caller a complete run-around.

Ok

I was worried if I could get my parcel because I read the reviews for this courier. However, I received it though it was delivered 4 days behind the schedule. The box didn't have any damage, rather it was a good condition.

So Bad

I really need to start checking what courier companies businesses use prior to ordering anything!! I’m currently waiting on 2 orders. The first order has been in Perth for a week and not moved..When I try to speak to anyone the chat does nothing but say they will get someone and it never does. The contact us form also doesn’t work. The second item has been travelling from Victoria for over 2 weeks?. This is the 3rd time this year I’ve had things sent through courier please and the third time I’ve had problems. I’ve had things arrive from overseas quicker than anything courier please has touched. If you are an online retail company just don’t….for the love of God….please use Aus Post or ANYONE ELSE!.

Worst customer service ever

Been waiting for a parcel which was collected froms ender on 1 Dec and today is the 15th and it is still not delivered. The tracking details were last updated saying 'in transit' on 4th Decemeber.



Cant get through to talk to anyone via the live chat option on the website or the phone number provided. Got a link for live chat and when I join that it says we are busy and no one is available to join the chat.

Appalling Courier Service

Been waiting for a delivery since December 5th, pushed back 3 additional times with no information given.



Can’t contact customer service via the provided number which sends you back to the website to track it or talk to an AI chat bot with no hope of resolution.



How they beat AustPost as Australia’s best courier service has got me stuffed because AustPost are just as bad.

Please shut your company down. worst delivery company ever

my parcel was handed to the driver on the 19thon June. its a 1 day trip from the sender to here and yet 12 days later and nothing came. they don't even know where my parcel is at the moment. Called them this morning and requested an update and the person i spoke with hang up on me. i will be making a petition to the government to shut this business down .

Worst Service Ever - Don't use

I ordered a wine rack over 3 weeks ago from Nisbetts in NSW and couriers Please were given the job. Today as of 1st February my parcel is back at Perth Airport after attempting to deliver my package on the 27th January at 8.56pm, who delivers at that time. In the last week I have spent nearly 6hrs on the phone to thier Customer Care Operators, well that's a joke they are offshore in the Philippines, I even offered to pick it up in Mandurah myself, wouldn't let me. The treatment I have been given from this Company and Nisbetts Catering has been beyond disgusting, a child could do a better job. Shame on you

Impossible to contact them

Emailed them twice to get my parcel Redelivery but nobody answered. Not parcel sending back to sender
