Do not use !!!

Package was supposed to take 3-7 business days. It has one tracking update that it was scanned and then nothing for a week! Can’t find a number to speak to a real person, you have to talk to a live chat agent. They couldn’t give me any information other than my parcel was scanned a week ago. I repeatedly asked if they knew where my parcel was physically located and they couldn’t even tell me what state it was in. I asked how their company would locate my parcel which is obviously lost. And the agent repeated that it was scanned a week ago. When I asked for the issue to be escalated the agent ended the chat. There is no one else at the company I can contact. It’s insane. They are an international company who do not care about the service they provide in Australia. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible service. AVOID!

I would avoid this courier at all costs. If you are on the receiving end, expect your parcel to not be delivered. Terrible customer service and will entertain you on the phone by providing you with false promises and ticket numbers which mean nothing. My parcel was held at their warehouse for 2 weeks and despite numerous attempts to ask them to redeliver to another address, they held the package for 2 weeks and then returned the parcel back to the sender. Their email service is useless and they will send you a generic email saying they have passed your concern to their resolution team. Again, also means nothing. I am yet to receive my parcel and I don't have any hope of it ever being delivered. (It's been 4 weeks since dispatch now).



I would give 0 stars if that was an option

Worst courier service

Whenever I see a retailer has used couriers please I KNOW I will not be getting it anywhere near the estimated time. Absolutely useless.

25 days already but I still haven't received my parcel

too slow. I ordered something and they sent the items with Couriers Please on Black Friday I still haven't received my parcels yet. It is already 25 days. Do they walk to deliver the parcel???

NIGHTMARE

This company is an absolute nightmare. I have a parcel that was very expensive and cost $80 for your couriers please delivery on top. I was supposed to receive my parcel the 5/12, then the 7/12, then the 17/12 and I still haven’t got it. Now their tracking app gives no date at all for ETA. On Wednesday I called, waited on hold for my whole lunch break, then selected the call back option they ‘offer’. I received no call back. On Friday i called again, and after being ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR and I was unable to get through. Today (Monday) I got through AFTER ANOTHER HOUR of HOLD time. after much back and forth during the call, and an hour and 50 minutes into it, i was told I was I was being transferred to the supervisor - and was HUNG UP ON by your support team. I know this as I heard the ‘end call’ tone.

Your support person knows my phone number but still no return call- 30 mins later. I’m sure this was done on purpose, as it was made clear to me that their ‘shift was over soon’, despite couriers please not closing for another 2 hours, and my insistence to attempt to resolve my missing parcel issue, so as to avoid more hold times and phone calls. Some us work shifts and I literally have no days off now until after Christmas to get this resolved. Your company is terrible and I will make sure to post this review everywhere I can so others can avoid the torture you’ve put me through.

I’d also like to add that something similar happened to me when using couriers please months ago (off peak season) so their issues of poor customer support and inadequate delivery service are no new or seasonal thing.

I want a refund for my postage and I will be contacting the seller so they are aware of all the issues related to using your services

How are you still operating?

I can not believe that any of the management team can sleep at night? There is absolutely no support, not email reply, no phone contact, no response from website inquiry, even at 9.30am the pre-recorded message says call back between 9am and 5pm Mon - Fri. Do yourself a favor avoid them!!

Appalling company

I had purchased a car bumber last year ,it arrived cracked and damaged I sent pictures of proof as it was covered under insurance ,well it appeared it was going to be sorted within 24 hours ,but to receive a email wks later that the lady now wasnt dealing with it ,and was just ignored wiped there hands of it ,if I could review a 0 I would !!!

worst couriers in the world

do not action on there emails,been waiting for weeks,no contact,just a computor generated touchy feelly message,still no action.the original courier in the east pasted my parcel on to these deadbeats.no human contact except call center in phippines.also courier did not leave card when they said they attempted delivery 2 weeks ago! warning do not deal with these people.

Terrible Service

Couriers please do not answer their phones and are never open between the opening hours, multiple attempts to call and 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for my parcel!
