Kmart Australia Ltd - Head Office

I asked where I could find a cleaning product and was told we don't sell that and If you don't like it you can leave the store.

Kmart Ingle Farm SA are clearly ready and organised for the Christmas trade. They made high volumes of people going through the check out, a fast moving and very friendly experience. It's easy to be stressed working in retail with grumpy customers all day but all of the staff seemed very happy to help, and smile really making it feel like Christmas for once! A lot of other retailers could take a page out of their book. I'm definitely not afraid to go back and shop there during the busy Xmas period knowing it's all under control and fast moving :)

The headline says it all really. Why, oh why do they take your order and then tell you it's out of stock just before delivery??? Third order this has happened on, at least the first two times they refunded shipping, this time I had to phone to ask for it.

At least the staff are very friendly and accommodating- thanks- but Kmart, please get your act together.

Boronia store has one of the rudest managers ive ever come across, i paid for a product that is faulty, tried to swap it 3 days later and was told "the return policy does not cover replacement on phones, only repair".. i was happy with that and asked for it to be repaired but needed a replacement phone while it was sent off.. I was again told the return policy doesnt cover that, so i asked to see the returns policy which she could not show me, she said it was just what she knows and theyre not a phone dealership (um, yes you deal in phones, i bought it from you).. So i have paid for a phone from Kmart that doesnt work and i cant be without a phone for weeks while the new one i paid for gets repaired.. Long story short im out of pocket either way...

Simple mistake was made which is understandable (I waited for tyres to be fitted that were not at the store location, why did you take my car?), the way the store manger handled himself was unprofessional. Clearly this location couldn't care less about head office, when I asked to be transferred to complaints the store manager refused to transfer the call then hung up on me.

Today i visited your store at Sylvania nsw to have some photoes copied.I was helped by an assistant Sue what a pleasure to come into your store this women was so helpfull guiding me through the process explaining it as she went through the motions what a great attribute to your store manager. Please thank this lovely women for me Well done K-Mart

Kmart hastings has the most disgusting customer service, the staff are rude.
