They did a fantastic job removing and replacing our aircon which was broken. They were not only efficient but left 0 mess and put all furniture back to exactly where it was.

I recently had the crew out from Ben Rafferty and they not only isolated the issues I was having with my aircon, they replaced and fixed everything and informed me of why my aircon was not working correctly and knew exactly what they needed to do. They were all warm and good natured and clearly passionate about providing the best service - which they did above and beyond. I can't recommend them more highly, they are absolute gems.

We recently had the team come out to quote on a multi-system replacement at our new home, and the entire experience was outstanding. From Andy attending to provide the quote through to the final installation, everything was handled brilliantly. The quoting process was seamless, and Andy took the time to design a solution for our unique setup — something no one else had been able to offer.



The installation turnaround was incredibly fast (almost unheard of!), with a team of five on site led by Nathan. Everyone was friendly, professional, clean, and thorough. The workmanship and organisation were impressive from start to finish. I’m so glad we waited the three weeks for the quote — it was absolutely worth it.



For comparison, we had another unit replaced a month earlier by a competitor. Although it was a smaller job, the experience was disappointing — there was little explanation provided, additional charges were flagged for “just in case” tests, the first install was left not working, and they required 50% payment on completion. The difference in service and professionalism was clear.

From the quote process through to installation Ben Rafferty Air were very professional. Harry and the team were all very polite, pleasant and very efficient. Nothing was a bother and they were all delightful to have in our home. Worked from the moment they arrived and got the job done brilliantly. We are all very grateful to now have a cool home and won’t dread the hot days as much.

From the moment technician Morgan Stebbing arrived we knew we were in good hands. He was thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. He persevered until he isolated and fixed the blockage problem, which he did under some time pressure as the air-con repair was necessary before our current bathroom renovation could continue. He also checked and cleaned out our other split system units and condenser. Well priced and highly recommended.

They installed an air conditioning unit in our granny flat. Good price, friendly workers came and installed it. Did it all quickly, consulting us during the process. Would recommend.

My disabled Brother is house and room-bound in Sydney reliant on care support staff whereas I live in Tasmania. We had a new aircon unit put in for him by Ben Rafferty Air and Electrical (Morgan) and I realised that apart from an air-filter clean that I had done once, I had overlooked a follow-up service check (because it had been working so flawlessly !). Morgan was there on time exactly as promised to check everything was up to spec and also cleaned the filters before the hot summer weather hits. Both Jane in the Admin area and Morgan have been amazingly helpful and considerate of my Brother's situation and I cannot rate either of them or this Business' ethics highly enough. You will not be disappointed if you use their services.
