Whilst I was most impressed with technical skills of all 3 Casotti plumbers dealing with my burst pipe issues, I was bitterly disappointed with the lack of honesty and integrity of one of them.
This plumber came to fix the leaking water pipe joint related to a previous job done by another colleague, and when finding that the joint has not been properly cleaned before crimping, he started a tirade criticising his colleague for shoddy workmanship. Then he repaired the pipe, telling me that I would not be charged, since he had to fix what his colleague has not done properly in the first instance. However, he later changed his story when reporting to his supervisors in blaming the condition of the water pipe rather than blaming his other colleague.
On the basis of such negative experience, I'll now be hesitant in case that I'll need another Casotti plumber-how to avoid a potential of booking a dishonest one.
I'll keep recommending Casotti plumbers for their technical skills, but with some reservations whom to book.

I can highly recommend Casotti Plumbers, I've used them several times...they offer a fair price, are prompt respoding, reliable advice, on time, efficient, professional and their work is always to a high standard, which is very impressive, they also respect your property and clean up afterwards!

A burst water heater needed replacement with a continuous flow unit. The service was prompt, sharply priced and done without a fuss. A formal Notice of Completion was received the next morning.
What more need be said?
