After a flooded bedroom from a broken hose, Casotti Plumbers sent someone very quickly to repair/replace the hose & tap. Recently we needed our hot water system replaced, again Casotti proved to be professional, prompt, friendly, gave great service with great communication & of course fair priced!

Fast friendly and reliable service replacing our leaking hot water system, with no call-out fee, and a senior's discount. One of the best services I've come across beginning with a call to the office right through to the completion of installation.

Have used Casotti Plumbers several times over the last 10 years for:
Gas water heater replacement
Toilet repairs
Water leak repairs
Tap and shower head replacements
And recently for underground gas supply leak repairs.
They have given me really excellent and prompt service with excellent quality work and are very friendly and trustworthy.
They even supported me whilst I battled another company that supplied a faulty tap and I had to call for an emergency plumber to stop the leak and go through a warranty replacement process.
I cannot praise them highly enough and recommend them to all

I was given the cost estimate by 1 staff member. The owner then decided not to allow that and I was overcharged. When I spoke to the owner he wanted to argue for half an hour about if I could prove the plumber wasn't there for the 1 minute that took the cost into the next bracket of additional time charged. It was a very frustrating experience as he was quite aggressive and just kept repeating himself rather than listening.
