They could not fix my gas hob despite x2 visits one to diagnose the problem which I paid for ($142.60) the 2nd to fix it which did not happen. I got an invoice for over $400.00 which I refused to pay. I have now paid $142.60 for the 2nd visit. Total $285.20 to be left with the same problem I had at the beginning!

Casotti were extremely professional and got the job done efficiently and to a high standard. They walked through the procedure and then went through the end result. We were extremely happy with their service and professionalism. The boys were extremely polit and professional and got the job done in no time.

I was referred to Casotti plumbers by the RAC for a problem with my drains. They quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted a reasonable price for fixing it and did the job properly and promptly. I subsequently called them to help me resolve an issue at a commercial business, again fast, fair and professional. Recently I asked them to install new hot and cold piping in a bathroom. Great job, done well and despite that it took extra time they only charged me as quoted. Very satisfied. So far I can say the service and support I have received has been excellent.

I needed my dishwasher disconnected for temporary removal & storage while restoration work was done on my wooden floors, and then re-connected 10 days later. The firm was very accomodating of my requirements and provided efficient, courteous service, on time. I appreciated the time taken 2 test the re-connection by running a cycle through to ensure there were no leakages. I was not expecting this but was impressed by this attention o endure the highest possible standard of service offered.

In an emergency they came around in quick time to temoparilly stop the leak. They were back as soon as possible to totally repair the water pipe.
