I cannot recommend WA Assets highly enough. From the very first visit to provide a quote and ideas, the team was professional and friendly. The ladies in the office were incredibly helpful—if you were unsure about exactly what you wanted, they really knew their stuff and gave you the confidence to make the right choices.



Alan and his team were fantastic. We were emailed in advance whenever a tradesperson was coming, and if there was ever a problem or a change of day, it was clearly communicated. They even texted every time they were on their way.



Alan. could not do enough for us. His communication was excellent, and nothing was ever a problem.

I thought I was asking the impossible. I couldn't get the design to work. The last 10% was beyond me and i thought it would fail and wasn't going to happen. So I took it to WA Assett and they proved to me their expertise and that they really are specialists in this field and I am eternally grateful to the whole team for everything they have achieved. WA Assett created magic from my incomplete concept. You cant ask for more.

We were very pleased with the renovation of our bathroom and laundry undertaken recently by WA Assett. All the staff involved in the project, from the initial consultation, design and costing phase through to final completion were friendly, courteous and efficient. The site supervisor Brenda did a great job in co-ordinating the various stages of on-site work, kept us well informed, and responded quickly to any requests or queries that we had. The various tradies employed on the project were hard-working, respectful, turned up on time, and produced work of a high standard. All in all, the whole project went very smoothly and was completed on schedule. We would be very happy to use WA Assett again if we have to do any similar renovations in future.

From start to finish WA Assett provided excellent service and attention to detail. We had two bathrooms to renovate but all went smoothly and was completed within six weeks. The office staff and tradesmen were very efficient, friendly and cleaned everything up afterwards.

As we had two bathrooms, a laundry, powder room and toilet renovated, there was much to coordinate. The Project Manager kept the ball rolling over the three months. Few hold ups through no fault of their company but one of the trades employed.

Process from original quote to visit to premises and completion of work was all handles professionally. Originally sort 3 quotes but as their showroom was fitted out, it made the selection process so much easier.

WA Assett was transparent in terms of pricing, excellent sales and design service and every tradesman was polite, on time and left the premises clean. I highly recommend WA Assett.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough - great service, respectful and hard working tradies, great project manager who ensured everything got done efficiently and as we wanted. If you need a bathroom reno - WA Assett is the best

1. Contractor left asbestos on site until we followed up for removal over a week later, although due to be removed same day. Causing asbestos to disperse over our front yard.

2. Contractors poured gyprock/grout down upon drain resulting in an emergency plumber being called as sewer overflowed into backyard. Photos and report verify.

3. Quoted 15+ days on site, but attended less than 10. Fixed cost, would not provide breakdown of material or labour costs.

4. Kept leftover tiles saying they always overorder 10%, although ours were a mix of special order and in stock. Could not show evidence we didn't pay.

5. When asked a question, responded but included internal emails with derogatory references to us.



It has been a horrid and very costly experience. Questions are met with frustration and lack of transperancy. For an ensuite size costing 26K would have thought questions ok.

We have used this company on previous occasions and again received a great renovation with professional people all round.
