WA Assett The Bathroom Renovators

I chose WA Assett to renovate my dated bathroom, laundry and toilet.

From the initial quote to the pre-start and final completion all the staff and tradesmen were professional, friendly and more than happy to spend time explaining the process and answering any queries I had.

The workmanship was top quality and there was never an issue with tradesmen turning up on the anticipated scheduled date. It was a very easy and smooth process. They even provided a free mobile bathroom for us to use while the renovation was happening.

WA Asset recently completed a renovation on our guest bathroom. an excellent job all-round and in particular the WA asset staff and contract trades people were extremely friendly and did a thoroughly professional job.

WA Assett were polite, efficient and gave us a fantastic renovation of our bathroom, ensuite and laundry. We had a number of non standard wishes and were able to accommodate those with no fuss, and the tiling in particular was fantastic. We would definitely use them again.

WA Asset were recommended to me by my brother and sister in-law. I didn’t get any other quotes. I didn’t see the point. I liked and trusted the consultant, Sandra immediately, and I knew WA Asset could deliver a beautiful bathroom…and deliver they did!



I had a three-bedroom home with one toilet located at the end of the passage in the laundry. The bathroom was a semi ensuite with a shower, bath and basin. I wanted to turn the bath into a shower-bath to free up room for an additional toilet in the semi ensuite. Most articles I read online said “don’t do it” but I did it anyway. In spite of all of the internet advice, the shower bath has been fantastic. I paid a bit extra for a custom-made shower screen with a pivot door. It looks classy and is very practical.

I chose fancy profiles for my doors and accessories as I like the old-fashioned look. Changing the layout of the bathroom meant that I had additional cabinet space, with lots of drawers and storage space. The drawers are simply lovely, and close so softly and gently.



As an afterthought, I had the laundry renovated as well. I wanted to turn the laundry into a quasi-powder room with a basin rather than a trough, and lots of bench space. Sandra suggested changing my washing machine from a top loader to a front loader to give me additional bench space. It was the best advice ever! I got a new washing machine with a matching dryer and they look so smart in my new laundry.



Both the laundry and the bathroom have the same cabinets, basin, tiles, accessories and benchtop. The end result is truly stunning. I expected to get a beautiful bathroom, and I certainly got that. It is sleek, elegant and incredibly functional.



But I didn’t expect to get such a stunning laundry. WA Asset turned an ugly, impractical room into warm inviting, multi- purpose room which can be used as a power room and a laundry. I still get a thrill every time I go in there. It is so beautiful.

There were a couple of other unexpected bonuses from using WA Asset. They supplied me with a temporary bathroom in a horse float until my shower bath was useable and the final bonus was the clean-up. This was a big messy job as both rooms had to be completely gutted. The doors, shelves, walls, floors, nearby doors and the carport were all left spotlessly clean.



On a final note, the cheerful WA Asset staff and contractors are fabulous to deal with. They go the extra mile to finish the job off properly, they are respectful, friendly and genuinely want you to be happy with your finished product. I am ecstatic with my two stunningly beautiful rooms and I would definitely recommend them.

We had our ensuite renovated by WA Assett two years ago and were so impressed we didn't shop around when it came to renovating our bathroom, laundry and toilet. We went straight to WA Assett again. The whole team are made up of friendly, professional and skilled people. From the first visit to assess the job to selecting materials they provided us with helpful suggestions. The trades people were brilliant at their trades, friendly and courteous. The programming and coordination of the job kept us informed of when things were going happen and the name of the person carrying out the task which kept it on a personal basis. We are delighted with the finished job.

WA Asset provided an outline of the timing and schedule at the outset, kept to the deadlines and completed the project on time. The whole team was efficient, courteous and professional and did a great job. There were no cost changes (other than agreed variations), and any issues were resolved promptly, even following completion. WA Assett renovated my bathroom back in 2004. Recently I noted a small leak which damaged some of the floorboards under the tiles. The friendly people at WA Assett came to my home promptly and agreed to replace the damaged floorboards and tiles at their expense. The repair was done to my complete satisfaction, so thanks very much to Sean and his team. Very happy with their lifetime warranty. I highly recommend WA Assett to anybody who wants a professionally built bathroom.

From start to finish, the communication and service received from WA Assets was very professional and accomodating. The workmanship was first class and the end result of the bathroom was very impressive.

From start to finish the WA asset team listened to our thoughts, took into account our whims and designed a bathroom makeover to suit. When it came to the selections the team allowed us to explore all options that came to mind and meant we were able to consider alternatives to our original plan if needed. There was also an option to supply our own material from other suppliers, and whilst we considered this, the range available through WA Asset was enough for us to choose what we liked. The build process was well planned and more importantly carried out to the schedule. All product materials were delivered beforehand and the build was completed on time. There was a slight delay in the showerscreen, no fault of WA Asset, which they facilitated the delivery on though, and this delay still fell within the proposed schedule so we were not disappointed. On the whole, a perfect reno. I cannot recommend highly enough. We do plan to do our second bathroom, and yes, WA Asset will be approached for that.
