WA Assett The Bathroom Renovators

The staff from beginning to end were friendly. The bathroom renovation was on time which was brilliant. However the finishes just were not up to standard - initially there was white wall grout that bleed substantially into the grey floor grout. When I asked for that to be fixed the white was scraped out leaving holes in the grey grout which doubtless I will have to fix myself. The sealant around the bath was also not smoothed out properly in one or two places. I am still wiping grout off of tiles, walls & fixtures as it was not completely cleaned by the final team that came in to finish off the last two tiles (after a door was installed). So while overall the bathroom is lovely there just was not the attention to detail that I expected.

I was extremely impressed with the team from WA Assett from the beginning of my kitchen, bathroom and laundry renovation from start to finish. The recommendations/designs were exactly to my specifications and the level of communication was exceptional. Every step of the renovation process occurred when scheduled. The tradespeople that assisted with the renovation did a high quality job and were respectful of my property. I would have no hesitation in using WA Assett again for future renovations and am more than happy to recommend them.

They were quick and the tradesmen they use are very experienced. We did have a few problems and issues but they were fair and have dealt with everything, and all our concerns promptly. we had our bathroom renovated by wa assett and were so pleased with the results that we went ahead with our kitchen renovation three weeks after the bathroom. Any problems that arose were dealt with quick smart and kim kept us up to date with all the trade movements that were to happen. We were impressed with WA Asset from start to finish. Sales people and tradesmen were excellent. A couple of minor issues were dealt with promptly and without fuss. And even a variation we made to the job didnt hurt the purse. Our last bathroom reno was a horror story so we were very relieved this reno went so well. We are happy to recommend WA Assett to anyone.

WA Assett are at the top of their game when it comes to bathroom renovations. We recently contracted them to uprgade our 80's bathrooms. Their quotation was extremely detailed, and made you fully understand what was included and what wasn't. Their selection team were helpful in making sure we picked the right accessorries to suit. Each week we got a schedule of events, and their tradies always turned up on time, which made our days very planable.They completed the renovations on time as promised.A very professional team,and hats off to Kim who made the whole process seamless.Rob & Diane.
