WA Assett The Bathroom Renovators

It all went smoothly from start to finish. I particularly appreciated Travis, who demolished the old bathroom. He took the rubbish out of the window and carried it around 3 sides of the house rather than take the short route through the house. Bruce was another standout. His herringbone pattern tiling is a sight to behold. Everything is mm perfect.

Everyone else did a great job. I love my new all singing, all dancing toilet. The mirrors, cupboards and shelves are of a very high standard.

Alan kept a close eye on everything. The office workers were very cooperative and knowledgable.

For many renovators, the biggest concern is the quality of the trade work. Our experience with WA Assett was one of complete satisfaction from strip out to clean-up.



Frances (in-home consultant) had many good ideas regarding layout, design and fittings and Mel was helpful and thorough with colour and component selections. Impressive also, was the demo & plumbing work, which will never be seen, but Travis was careful and accurate.



Tiling makes or breaks the job! Dave the tiler is a genius, wrangling 2.5 tonnes of porcelain tiles into four beautiful rooms, after hours of crawling over the floor planning layouts and fall, so the pattern & grout lines were perfect. An artisan who understands the medium, (they don't pay you enough Whiz).



Final fit out was equally good, with George & Amel taking extra care to ensure the rails are perfectly horizontal, taps are exactly aligned and the chrome stays shiny, else they have to answer to Alan the supervisor, who was untroubled by any of our requests and sorted them immediately.



WA Assett bring you the complete package but are also happy for owners to supply or source items. Ask lots of questions, take lots of photos, enjoy the result.

From the quotation visit to the completion visit we had nothing but respect, timely completion and quality work from each and every person we dealt with. We found all aspects of the process to be excellent. The job was completed within the expected timeframe with no blow outs in either times or budgets. The finished product has exceeded out expectations.The use of the portable shower was a godsend.

We have now had two bathrooms fully gutted and renovated through WA Assett. They have both come up looking amazing.

From the very beginning Sandra came up with great design to fully utilise the spaces in our bathroom, ensuite and laundry. Monique was very helpful in guiding us through selections and all the tradesmen were a pleasure to deal with, especially Amil the plumber, Phil the carpenter and Bruce the tiler who did a brilliant job, demonstrating such passion and pride in his work.

Our three rooms were completed on time, in budget and to a very high standard, thanks to Alan the project manager and Kim the production coordinator who did a fantastic job and ensured we were fully informed throughout.

Further, the follow up service is also superb. Our small issue was rectified on the same day!

So thankyou WA Assett. We will definitely recommend you and use your services again.

Recently got my bathroom renovated by WA Assett. Quite happy with their work and the final outcome.

They did a great job with very excellent co-ordination right from the commencement of the job till the final finish.All the tradesmen on the site were very professionsal, helpful and friendly. Everything was done with great perfection especially the tiling which is just superb and we are highly impressed.

Overall we were very pleased and will surely recommend WA Assett to our friends.

We had our bathroom, WC and Laundry renovated beautifully by WA Assett. Our initial consultant Frances was fabulous, a great sales person, very professional, knowlegeable, efficient and friendly. She checked every detail, returned our calls immediately, researched information very effectively when needed about products not normally stocked by the company and was interested and enthusiastic about our renovation project. Our Product Consultant Rhonda spent many hours with us making sure that we had covered as much as possible in the planning and product choice areas. By the time we signed the contract, we felt confident in our knowledge about the design, costing, planning and scheduling thanks to Rhonda's expertise and patience. We were also given the tradies' names in advance which was a nice touch. The work itself went very smoothly for the most part. The tradies were very personable, happy to answer our questions and seemed to enjoy working for WA Assett. We had a miscommunication about our floor tiling in the bathroom, which was handled and solved very professionally and amicably after discussions with Sean and Abdul. Kim kept the process on site moving swiftly and Jodie's accounts were transparent and easily comprehended. The cleanup was addressed twice and was pretty good, although it took us quite a bit of effort to remove the ingrained white dust from our plants, security door and front door. Sean was an excellent Site Manager, clearly respected by his tradies and keen to ensure that our expectations were met in an efficient and friendly manner. He was observant and interested in attending to detail to ensure that the job was not just completed but done well.
Overall we were delighted with the wonderful changes to our bathroom, WC and Laundry and would happily recommend WA Assett to others.

Bathroom/toilet/laundry all retiled and came out looking great. All the trades involved were great to work with.
Toilet pod provided needs upgrading but served it's purpose. When any problems came up Kim sorted them very quickly.

Overall we are pleased with the result. The tradesmen on site were extremely helpful and friendly, Supervisor Sean especially so
There are only a couple of points that could have been handled better
# I believe there should be a better way to dispose of waste material. Buckets were cleaned out in our garden leaving quite a residue of cement and grout that I had to clean up including washing down the fence with acid. The residue from buckets should be emptied into the skip and there should be an alternative to disposing liquid waste into the garden.
WA Asset kindly provided us with a bottle of grout seal and enhancer. We have applied this and the difference it has made to the grout is remarkable. I would suggest that WA Asset should think about sealing the grout as part of their work because it does make for a better overall finish.

No more ugly bathroom. Thank you WA Assett for my beautiful bathroom/laundry and toilet and for tiling all the living area and hallway. I didnt want ordinary door on my laundry cupboard as they would block the doorway. Dean spent an hour with me explaining and going through my options, and this was before i had signed up with them. Every person has been very professional. All the tradesmen/contractors have been respectful of my home and to me. I have been informed of the schedule and who to expect on what day. There was a short delay in the cabinets, so a reshuffle was done to make sure that the finish date wasnt delayed. Any questions or concerns i've had have been delt with quickly.
The only negative is not being informed of what time to expect the tradesmen. I will happily be letting everyone know who installed my new bathroom.
