Web site does not work. Just hangs or takes you round in circles. Trying to get a parcel re-delivered - appears to be impossible. No published phone number, no one responds to messages or emails.

If I could give negative stars I would . Been waiting on a delivery yet somehow their tracking states not delivered because business closed. When does a private residence close ? I have been home waiting now for 2 days for the driver just not to turn up and update the tracking to state " Business closed "
I sent an email to them over 24 hours ago no response no acknowledgement , and again tracking states attempted delivery business closed.. Absolute joke. Good thing as someone in the industry I would never allow my team to book anything through these clowns.

Can I give a less then 1 star rating??
A company that advertises a phone number that is in fact disconnected and also provides customers with no way of directly contacting them regarding orders, is this even legal in Australia? Or you message the AI chat bot on their website and get nothing but a loop of automatically generated responses.. And that a major company within Australia, Kmart, use this courier to deliver orders and associate their brand with this comany....wow.
You also get basically no information via 'Track' on their website.
This company should be investigated.

Terrible customer service. No way for a customer to contact the company. No phone number, no contact form, only a bot that only provides meaningless generic responses. I would not buy again from a company that uses Couriers Please.

the worst delivery company. 3 times the courier didn’t come. Courier lied said he came but I have cameras that prove he didn’t come. extremely unreliable, rude couriers and poor customer service. highly recommend not to use.

The item i purchased came in two pieces, 1 piece was delivered 1 week late, and i only live 5 minutes from the depot. the 2nd part was never delivered. USELESS !!!!!!!!

I encourage anyone posting on this site to go to the media, relevant goverment departments and unions to publicize and prosecute this company and to shame the companies that use them because they're cheap and I suspect there's a reason why Couriers Please are cheap.
There are so many 1 star ratings Icant understand why they are still operating. So please, let's use our consumer numbers to to fix this situation once and for all.

This company has consistently failed to provide me with any clear information regarding my order, it is almost the end of October and my order was supposed to be delivered to me at the start of September and I have absolutely no idea what has happened to it.
Couriers please told me it had been delivered when it had not arrived.
They then told me they did a thorough investigation and are incredibly sorry to inform me the order has been deemed missing in transit and to contact the sender for insurance assistance. I confirmed this multiple times via email and also live chat to ensure the information was correct before raising it with the sender and kept records of the conversations.
I contacted the sender to advise the order has been confirmed missing and the sender has informed me they have contacted their personal contact at Couriers please and now they have changed their investigation outcome to say the order was delivered to me.
Absolutely outrageous and unacceptable behaviour, not to mention extremely unprofessional.
Neither party want to take accountability and I am left here without the item I ordered and I am out of pocket a significant amount of money.
You should be embarrassed.

Ordered a courier - they didn't show up. Tried to contact them - there is not way to get in touch with them. Finally had to speak with online chat. Took me more than 20 minutes to make the person understand what I was saying. Finally they understood. So after more than half an hour to reschedule another courier, the chat just stopped - they left me waiting on the chat for the next steps. I'm trying to get a refund and will never use this service again.
This is a lesson for the owners of Couriers Please and other providers. By trying to create streamlined processes, and using this level of outsourced technology, you are stopping communication between the paying customers and your business. You may be saving money outsourcing your customer service, but you are killing your business. Good luck
