Aramex would easily be the worst courier service in the country. They never reply to enquiries. They are without fail ridicolously slow to deliver. Even their scanning is dodgy, specifically designed to not show that they have your parcel sitting in their warehouse for up to a week. How they remain in business is a modern day wonder.

I would not recommend using this company.
I've ordered products from the East Coast who use this company to deliver items.
The first parcel took over 3 weeks to reach WA. The parcel got delivered only after I queried its whereabouts.
The day the second parcel was 'out for delivery", it wasn't delivered- instead it was marked as "returned to sender by senders request" -the sender didn't request a return. I've queried this a number of times without any response and I'm currently still waiting for the parcel.
I would give a zero star if I could and will be recommending the company not to use their services again

Very very bad experience, last week got tracking about my parcel is out for delivery. Today 13 Aug still not received it . I took my tracking number to the depot of weshpool, now they are saying my parcel been lost from 9 Aug last Friday.

I ordered cycling gear from the UK which in the past normally got delivered to my Parcel Locker within a week or so. This time, two weeks later I got a message from Aramex telling me to provide an alternate address. I called the depot, spoke to someone there and gave them my home address.
A day later (now 7 days late on promised delivery), I got another message about an alternate address…yet again I call the depot, provide my details, and low and behold, three hours later I get another message stating I need to provide an alternate address.
I have now phoned them twice, replied to the text message and raised an online query and no surprise. I still don’t have any idea if or when I will get what I ordered. I have even contacted the seller and they are trying to sort it out from their side.
This is definitely the worst service I have ever experienced from a courier service and why these people are being used by international companies…only they know.

WARNING!!! Don't use ARAMEX COMPANY!!!
Customer service phone numbers for ARAMEX are accessible on line, but NO ONE would help me OR would give me any sort of answer OR helped me in anyway, nor would they give any other number to call and refused to even give me an email address - I Calle five times and THEY ALL COMPLETELY TALKED OVER THE TOP AND THEN SIMPLY HUNG UP ON ME!!

Ordered from a company and they use these useless couriers I received no shipping info no delivery date when I finally got the tracking number after abusing someone for 40 mins the package was on the way to American (I live in Australia) then they said it was delivered to the correct address and was stolen … 2 month later still no refund and still getting told to wait

Purchased 2 items from the same company same day - individual orders - both were collected the next day and received confirmation of such - 1 item delivered last week got onto web site am going to have to wait another month they are telling me - something about trains think not - you have lost it that's all

It is impossible to talk to this company. They will not own up to any problems my parcel is now 20 days LATE (not including the normal 7days) Perth is left out of their deliveries. They should not even offer to courier to Perth if they cannot do this.
