nearly 2 minute before the pre-recorded message ends, then go into a que that never gets answered until it hangs up on you. How are you in business?

Multiple emails (no answer to emails, except for the generic, thank you we will get back to you in 24hours, they never do), phone calls many Perth & Sydney (no one answers gave up after 1 hour) & so called live chats, well that a joke they tell you to email office thank you goodbye, 6 weeks now & apparently my parcel is still on its way from Melbourne to Perth if you believe their tracking info, I dont. I'm about to contact the ACCC

Two weeks past expected delivery date, still no idea when parcel will be delivered. Support said the warehouse is backlogged with ‘an unexpected number of parcels’ and they are short on staff.

After reading other comments, it is no wonder I find myself here writing a review about these clowns.

They must employ the biggest numpties they can find who have absolutely no clue how to do their job.

The idiot who delivered my package, dumped it over a locked gate into the middle of my driveway....so that when I returned at night, its dark and it cannot be seen, I get to run over the package crushing the item inside.

How many brains do you need to do that???? Seriously....dumbarse.



It would have been sooooo so easy to push it thru the bars against the wall and be safe...just like other couriers do.

Will make sure they are NEVER used again.

Fastway couriers are a joke they don't care for the time frames that they set for themselves. then have little courtesy to resolve the issue when contacted
