They took 2mths too deliver parcel from melb,I missed delivery had to drive to kewdale to get it,now I ordered something from melb on 9sept,they picked it up on 14sept and its stopped in melb depot since,useless

Do not use. Worse courier service. Look elsewhere. If I could give Zero Stars I would. Makes me not want to purchase anything online...

Couldn't get my name right, had to change my phone number 4 times.. everytime I called them to see where my parcel was, they had the incorrect information.



They couldn't deliver to a post office, NOT A PO BOX, just a normal post office.



Had to change my address to my home address, this is an absolute nightmare to do, no one knows what was going on.



To top it all off, the delivery driver went to the garage and not my front door (garage is at the back of the house) and left a note in my letter box. Did NOT come to my front door. I watched the driver drive off from my front window, after realising that he didn't even bother to go to my front door, I called Aramex immediately and they said "the driver is too far away now and that he will come back later to deliver the parcel"



I called them again 4 hours later and they said "sorry, we couldn't get in contact with the driver and the parcel is on its way to a collection point"



I don't have a car, I have to get a taxi or a catch public transport to get to the collection area. Who's going to pay for that?



WHAT IS THE POINT OF DELIVERY IF YOU DON'T DELIVER!

Have been waiting on a package from Brisbane to Perth for 6 weeks. Tracking states 'in transit left Brisbane 18 March' message has remained the same since. Tried call, whats apping them only to get standard responses that 'there are delays and in progress at the Perth depot' for 4 weeks now. Give me the address and I'll collect it myself!!! I've had orders from the USA that arrived within 2 weeks with DHL so a US parcel arrived before a Brisbane one. What a joke!

Slow, unresponsive, DISGUSTING customer experience



My parcel has been "in transit" for 3 weeks, and they dont know where it is, or even seem to care where it is.



3 phone calls to the customer service. one person told me my parcel is in transit from Sydney to Perth? the other said it is in Perth Depot? and the 3rd time I rang, I was told there was severe delays in Perth but they didnt know why there were delays. Apparently they do not know where my parcel is. Asked for a call back from a supervisor, still waiting on both a call back and my parcel.



Would NOT recommended this company

Worst delivery company. Slow, will not get back to you, call centre hangs up on you once they have finished their scripted reply. Very poor.

By far the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. Spoke to the customer service team who were utterly useless. Promised a call back from a supervisor and never received one. Couldn’t give me any information on proof of delivery for something that supposedly was delivered last week. Refused to provide me with a complaint process, refused to put me through to a supervisor and refused to provide an abn. Told me that another company was outsourced to deliver the package and when I spoke to them they advised that they have never been associated with this company.

In was told it would take 36-72 hours to do a depot search, it's been 72+ hours and no response, I'm currently calling them again and I've been on hold for 2 hours.



Could not recommended this courier less, go with anyone else.

Two weeks coming from the east coast (deliveries from the UK are quicker) then four days being delivered today and still no parcel.

Would never buy from anybody that uses this company.
