      Do not book with this company

      I rang at 8.30am explaining my ducted heating and cooling had stopped working overnight. Lovely lady offered me two possible time slots on the same day and advised I’d need to be the person to meet the technician. I booked the 2pm-5pm slot with a courtesy call half an hour before.

      At 4:45 and I still hadn’t heard anything, I called the company. I was told that the technician was caught up on another job, that I could not be given an ETA, that I wasn’t able to have a refund on my deposit but it definitely be done ‘before tomorrow’. My concerns that nobody had taken the time to call me about the delay were fobbed off.

      At 7.30pm I was called and told the technician would be on an all night job, would not be coming to me, and the next appointment available was a minimum wait of 19hrs. All with no heating, waiting it all afternoon in 1°C weather. I had to argue and insist on a refund.

      Appallingly bad customer service. Had I known I’d wait 11hrs from the booking time until being told the job couldn’t be done, I would not have called them at all. I cannot advise strongly enough to avoid this company.
