      Hot water system

      Had mr emergency plumbing come out and replace my hot water system. Simon had done a fantastic clean and neat job. Will recommend.

      Don’t be fooled by low call out fee

      Today I almost got completely ripped off when a plumber from Mr electrical came out to have a look at our hot water system. Firstly he told me that our hot water system was 15 to 20 years old. I know for a fact it is not as we had it newly installed in 2017. Then he tried to tell me that it needs to be replaced with a new one which would cost me $3000-$5000 depending on which hot water system I wanted. I asked if he could just fix it and I was told no. So I had to pay a callout fee and didn’t get it fixed. I decided to try another company and take my chances. I am so glad that I did as my hot water system has been repaired and it only cost me $300.. I feel absolutely disgusted by this dishonest service that Mr emergency staff provided and feel they took full advantage of me being a female and my situation of have no hot water. I do not recommend them to anybody. Use Gasquip instead, they provided excellent service and are Honest and reliable.

      Ali from mr emergency arrived on site on time

      Had a block drain in kitchen was nervous but Ali came clean the drain with a machine and camera inspection
