      Misleading advertisement

      This company advertises as having the same rates "24/7" and that they will be on-site within 30 minutes. I called at 12pm on a Wednesday to arrange assistance with a broken air conditioner and was advised that their next availability was the following Wednesday. The representation that they are available all hours, and can be on site within 30 minutes is not true.
