I can't find exactly what I'm after; can you make something for me?
Absolutely! Please contact us by phone or email, and we will happily make something suitably special for your recipient.
What time will the flowers arrive?
Flowers are delivered via specialist couriers, between 9am and 6pm (before 5pm for business addresses). If you order at least a day before your delivery date you have a 'before noon' option available. Sorry, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Our couriers do three runs per day, one at 8am, one at 11am and one at 2pm. If you place an order before 2pm we can have it delivered on the same day. Please see our delivery section for more details.
Can I add teddy bears, chocolates, etc with my order?
Flowers are great, but are even better with chocolates! So as you checkout, you will be given options to add extras such as teddy bears, balloons and chocolates to your order.
What happens if there is nobody at home when the flowers arrive?
The flowers will be left in a safe, cool place if the courier is able. If the courier is unable to leave the flowers we will contact you to see if you have any further instructions, please be aware that if we need to redeliver the flowers at a later time or date, a redelivery fee may be applicable.
Why don't you deliver to certain suburbs/states?
To keep delivery charges at a reasonable standard flat rate we have had to limit delivery to suburbs within 20kms of Sydney city via the website. However, if you need delivery outside of these areas, or would like to deliver interstate or overseas, please give us a call, as we have the facilities to arrange delivery to almost anywhere in the world.
Where are you located?
We are an online florist and as such are not open to the public; this allows us to help keep prices low. If you would like to send correspondence, our office address is 1A Brompton Street, Marrickville NSW 2204. All flowers are sent from our location in Alexandria, Melbourne.
Why do you have a limited range?
We have limited our range on the website to make ordering as quick and easy as possible. We want you to spend less time on our website and more time getting on with the many other things you need to do. If you need something bigger, all arrangements can be upgraded on the 'details' page, and if you would like something completely different, please give us a call and ask on 02 9188 5490.
What about quality?
We stand by our quality. The flowers we send out are fresh, premium quality flowers. All bouquets are sent out in bud form to ensure freshness and longer life, so your recipient will be able to enjoy them for longer.
What delivery method do you use?
We use specialist couriers with temperature controlled vans for our deliveries, each delivery is hand delivered to your recipient's door or place of business.

Definitely one of the best online flower services in Sydney right now! Ordered my flowers just before 10am and they were expected to be delivered before 5pm. When Flowers Across Sydney realised it was being delivered to a school address they emailed me to say they would try their absolute best to get the delivery there before 3pm without making any promises. Before I knew it I had another email saying the flowers were delivered at 2:30pm. Thank you Flowers Across Sydney, the flowers were beautful and the service was superb! Will be using Flowers Across Sydney again :)

Thank you for putting together a beautiful bouquet of flowers for a friend of mine who is going through a difficult time - she sent me a picture when they were received and they looked amazing and for such a great price too! I spoke to the lady at the shop as I was unsure the flowers were sent to the correct address, she had no hesitation in saying call her back and we will sort something out if the flowers were not received -I felt that was such great customer service! I will be def recommending your florist to others!

I ordered some sunflowers to cheer up a best mate who is living in Sydney. I was anxious being based in London and hoping they would be delivered safely and reach her in good condition. I had an email saying they'd been delivered and in a safe location and my mate rang me in happy tears when she arrived home from work. Thanks Flowers Across Sydney.

I had to share my experience, because the service I received was just so superb and I want to say a special thank you. First, I made an error in my order, and the lady I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and sorted out the issue immediately. Secondly, the intercom at the delivery address was not working, nor the receiver answering her phone, but the courier phoned me and helped to find a safe place for the flowers to be left. Just simple things, but a really great experience, so thank you :) :)
