I can't find exactly what I'm after; can you make something for me?
Absolutely! Please contact us by phone or email, and we will happily make something suitably special for your recipient.
What time will the flowers arrive?
Flowers are delivered via specialist couriers, between 9am and 6pm (before 5pm for business addresses). If you order at least a day before your delivery date you have a 'before noon' option available. Sorry, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Our couriers do three runs per day, one at 8am, one at 11am and one at 2pm. If you place an order before 2pm we can have it delivered on the same day. Please see our delivery section for more details.
Can I add teddy bears, chocolates, etc with my order?
Flowers are great, but are even better with chocolates! So as you checkout, you will be given options to add extras such as teddy bears, balloons and chocolates to your order.
What happens if there is nobody at home when the flowers arrive?
The flowers will be left in a safe, cool place if the courier is able. If the courier is unable to leave the flowers we will contact you to see if you have any further instructions, please be aware that if we need to redeliver the flowers at a later time or date, a redelivery fee may be applicable.
Why don't you deliver to certain suburbs/states?
To keep delivery charges at a reasonable standard flat rate we have had to limit delivery to suburbs within 20kms of Sydney city via the website. However, if you need delivery outside of these areas, or would like to deliver interstate or overseas, please give us a call, as we have the facilities to arrange delivery to almost anywhere in the world.
Where are you located?
We are an online florist and as such are not open to the public; this allows us to help keep prices low. If you would like to send correspondence, our office address is 1A Brompton Street, Marrickville NSW 2204. All flowers are sent from our location in Alexandria, Melbourne.
Why do you have a limited range?
We have limited our range on the website to make ordering as quick and easy as possible. We want you to spend less time on our website and more time getting on with the many other things you need to do. If you need something bigger, all arrangements can be upgraded on the 'details' page, and if you would like something completely different, please give us a call and ask on 02 9188 5490.
What about quality?
We stand by our quality. The flowers we send out are fresh, premium quality flowers. All bouquets are sent out in bud form to ensure freshness and longer life, so your recipient will be able to enjoy them for longer.
What delivery method do you use?
We use specialist couriers with temperature controlled vans for our deliveries, each delivery is hand delivered to your recipient's door or place of business.

What a positive experience for my first time ordering flowers on line. I just made the 2pm cut off for same day delivery and flowers arrived at my sister in law's house within two hours !!! I had a friendly call from the delivery guy and the flowers were apparently gorgeous!
I will definitely use Flowers across Sydney again.

Flowers Across Sydney are the best florist business I've ever dealt with and bought flowers from. They are the most convenient, cheapest, easy to deal with, fastest and simplest florist business out there.
I have ordered flowers from many different florist throughout the whole Sydney, and most of them are a rip-off for delivery, they don't deliver in some suburbs and they make excuses about delivery days and times and most only deliver like before 11am which is absolutely rediculous.
Flowers Across Sydney are fast, cheap and deliver almost anytime of the day, and their flowers are actually fresh and they look nice, making my sexy beautiful woman very happy every time.
I will continue to use them as long as there is someone special in my heart ??
I rate Flowers Across Sydney 10/10 as always.

My sister moved from the UK to Sydney many years agoand when she recently got an amazing new job I really wanted to show her how pleased I was and how proud of her. I have had less than satisfactory experience in the past with substandard flowers costing a fortune. I was delighhted with flowers across Sydney delivering beautiful flowers chocolates and a congrats baloon for a very reasonable price. Delivery was quick and efficient. I will be using flowers across Sydney again

First time I’ve ordered flowers online. The roses and vase were excellent quality and looked exactly as shown in the picture. ( my daughter even said there was water in the vase when it was delivered! It was easy to order , instant reply email to confirm order and notification when actually delivered. The price was the most reasonable so will Definitely use you again !
