I can't find exactly what I'm after; can you make something for me?
Absolutely! Please contact us by phone or email, and we will happily make something suitably special for your recipient.
What time will the flowers arrive?
Flowers are delivered via specialist couriers, between 9am and 6pm (before 5pm for business addresses). If you order at least a day before your delivery date you have a 'before noon' option available. Sorry, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Our couriers do three runs per day, one at 8am, one at 11am and one at 2pm. If you place an order before 2pm we can have it delivered on the same day. Please see our delivery section for more details.
Can I add teddy bears, chocolates, etc with my order?
Flowers are great, but are even better with chocolates! So as you checkout, you will be given options to add extras such as teddy bears, balloons and chocolates to your order.
What happens if there is nobody at home when the flowers arrive?
The flowers will be left in a safe, cool place if the courier is able. If the courier is unable to leave the flowers we will contact you to see if you have any further instructions, please be aware that if we need to redeliver the flowers at a later time or date, a redelivery fee may be applicable.
Why don't you deliver to certain suburbs/states?
To keep delivery charges at a reasonable standard flat rate we have had to limit delivery to suburbs within 20kms of Sydney city via the website. However, if you need delivery outside of these areas, or would like to deliver interstate or overseas, please give us a call, as we have the facilities to arrange delivery to almost anywhere in the world.
Where are you located?
We are an online florist and as such are not open to the public; this allows us to help keep prices low. If you would like to send correspondence, our office address is 1A Brompton Street, Marrickville NSW 2204. All flowers are sent from our location in Alexandria, Melbourne.
Why do you have a limited range?
We have limited our range on the website to make ordering as quick and easy as possible. We want you to spend less time on our website and more time getting on with the many other things you need to do. If you need something bigger, all arrangements can be upgraded on the 'details' page, and if you would like something completely different, please give us a call and ask on 02 9188 5490.
What about quality?
We stand by our quality. The flowers we send out are fresh, premium quality flowers. All bouquets are sent out in bud form to ensure freshness and longer life, so your recipient will be able to enjoy them for longer.
What delivery method do you use?
We use specialist couriers with temperature controlled vans for our deliveries, each delivery is hand delivered to your recipient's door or place of business.

It is my mothers 80th birthday today & I, living interstate, arranged flowers / box of chocolates to be delivered to her. Fairly priced (don't sting you on the delivery fee), but importantly excellent communication every step of the delivery. I'll use you again, for sure

I ordered a bunch of flowers and a balloon and was very happy. The flowers looked exactly like the picture online. The fellow who took my order was nice to deal with and very compitent.
I was lead to beleive my order was going to be delivered earlier in the afternoon but in the end it didnt matter. When I was a bit worried it hadn't arrived, my email was responded to very promptly notifying me of the delivery time and a photo of where the flowers were left. Very impressed.

Hi I live in the UK ,I missed my friend Vicky's birthday ,so went online to send some flowers ,I came across Flowers across Sydney ,was a very easy experience they arrived the next day and they contacted me a very step of the way ,my friend was delighted.will definitely use them again

The wrong colour flowers were delivered late (8pm) and the chocolates were missing. Management refused to take full responsibility and only were prepared to give a partial refund.
Ordering RED roses for a romantic date - only receiving PINK ones after dinner - ruined the experience.
Worst was the unbelievably poor response from management has put me off ordering from Flowers Across Sydney ever again.
For the cost of $85, the least they could have done is refunded me and not spent 15 minutes arguing about the colour of the roses displayed on their website. The red ones ordered are sitting right next to a different option of pink roses - there is nothing wrong with my computer's colour!

Ordered some sympathy flowers recently and could have not been more impressed with the floral arrangement. Even the recipient commented how beautiful the flowers were! I would highly recommend this Company to anyone who looking to send flowers for any special occasion. Great service and the prices are reasonable too.
