I can't find exactly what I'm after; can you make something for me?
Absolutely! Please contact us by phone or email, and we will happily make something suitably special for your recipient.
What time will the flowers arrive?
Flowers are delivered via specialist couriers, between 9am and 6pm (before 5pm for business addresses). If you order at least a day before your delivery date you have a 'before noon' option available. Sorry, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Our couriers do three runs per day, one at 8am, one at 11am and one at 2pm. If you place an order before 2pm we can have it delivered on the same day. Please see our delivery section for more details.
Can I add teddy bears, chocolates, etc with my order?
Flowers are great, but are even better with chocolates! So as you checkout, you will be given options to add extras such as teddy bears, balloons and chocolates to your order.
What happens if there is nobody at home when the flowers arrive?
The flowers will be left in a safe, cool place if the courier is able. If the courier is unable to leave the flowers we will contact you to see if you have any further instructions, please be aware that if we need to redeliver the flowers at a later time or date, a redelivery fee may be applicable.
Why don't you deliver to certain suburbs/states?
To keep delivery charges at a reasonable standard flat rate we have had to limit delivery to suburbs within 20kms of Sydney city via the website. However, if you need delivery outside of these areas, or would like to deliver interstate or overseas, please give us a call, as we have the facilities to arrange delivery to almost anywhere in the world.
Where are you located?
We are an online florist and as such are not open to the public; this allows us to help keep prices low. If you would like to send correspondence, our office address is 1A Brompton Street, Marrickville NSW 2204. All flowers are sent from our location in Alexandria, Melbourne.
Why do you have a limited range?
We have limited our range on the website to make ordering as quick and easy as possible. We want you to spend less time on our website and more time getting on with the many other things you need to do. If you need something bigger, all arrangements can be upgraded on the 'details' page, and if you would like something completely different, please give us a call and ask on 02 9188 5490.
What about quality?
We stand by our quality. The flowers we send out are fresh, premium quality flowers. All bouquets are sent out in bud form to ensure freshness and longer life, so your recipient will be able to enjoy them for longer.
What delivery method do you use?
We use specialist couriers with temperature controlled vans for our deliveries, each delivery is hand delivered to your recipient's door or place of business.

What a breath of fresh air and brilliant customer service. I ordered the Florists Choice, not only where they great value for money and gorgeous flowers but I received a photo of them before they were delivered, then an email letting me know the exact time they were delivered. Wow who does that!

I had the most excellent service from Jess. There was an issue with my delivery to a friend in hospital as the ward does not allow flowers, something I was unaware of at the time of ordering the flowers. Jess put my order on hold until my friend was released from the hospital. In the mean time Jess made sure to keep me informed about delivery arrangements to the alternate address. I would highly recommend Flowers Across Sydney to anyone looking to send flowers.

Sending flowers is symbolic gesture of love when distance and time are an issue. I was searching the internet to find a florist that would deliver across Sydney as my friend's mother had died and I understood the crucial timing of such an event. I decided to use Flowers Across Sydney and I was very impressed with their professional and efficient manner. Once I placed my order, I received a tracking order and message to confirm the progress of the delivery and within hours it was complete. I would definately use Flowers Across Sydney for future deliveries.

Living interstate and having our cousin and his partner having their first baby ,we wanted a florist who would deliver some beautiful flowers to them in hospital. Rather than ring the hospital florist (usually tooo dear) we decided on the next best thing, Flowers across Sydney.To our surprise the email sent the same day as the flowers, notified us that delivery was successful. We receieved a text message saying the flowers ordered were wonderful. Now thats what we call service and value for money.

Just amazing customer service and you get great value for your money. Also the flowers I ordered were exactly as the picture showed them to be. Was so happy with the follow up email to make sure I was happy and the person that received them was also happy. These days with all the faceless internet ordering it was very refreshing to receive a personalised email not a generic email following up to make sure all went well with the order. Well done and keep up the great service and value for money :)

excellent online service, when I called to ask about delivery before 12 midday the girl I spoke to was helpful and the flowers were delivered about 10.05am very happy thank you, will use this service again.
The flowers were 6 Rainbow Roses and they were beautiful.
