Apart from not being able to provide an estimate on the total cost of the job when completed it, which is quite unusual, the total cost came a day later was higher than expected, so I had to ask for a detailed costing after the initial invoice, but still have not been given the afterhours wage rate.

Replaced a new vanity it leaked from the waste after coming back two times to fix it ,the waste still leaked
rang casotti plumber again ,to report the leak told its not there fault (problem )ring the suppler of vanity waste claim warranty ,Big shout out to the Sink Warehouse they were very helpful
organized another plumber to replace the silicone round the waste and fixed the problem.
Casotti still said it was not there fault

Burst pipe during the Australia Day long weekend!
A frantic search online for plumbers with consistently positive reviews...
The disappointment of not having my calls or emails answered...
And finally the joy of Casotti Plumbers coming to our rescue!
Jake came on time and quickly sealed the leak. Substantially more work was needed to replace the pipe and permanently fix the problem, but he saved us money by suggesting we wait to have that done on a normal weekday rather than paying holiday rate.

Great customer service by the technician and Admin staff, on time, accommodating to last minute scope changes, and left the job clean and tidy. Will be using them again to finish of the renovation plumbing works.
