What a great business! Mark was polite friendly and very efficient. We had to get our fault sorted asap as we were moving house in 3 days time and had to fix it for the new owner. Mark came out as promised and solved the problem within the hour. We thoroughly recommend this business.

Best person for the job. Honest, reliable and genuine person. A rare find. Will charge for the job and not take more than what the job is worth. Honest earner not a person to dilly-dally to make more money of you. A1+++

Mark was very helpful came to fix my spa even tho I didn't have an appt n he was flat out busy.. kept my repairs at a low cost knowing I was a tight budget also educated me on dos n don't as I havent had my spa long.. also had a laugh at my very gross filter haha

What is not to recommend, Mark you have exceeded all expectations as far as service and technical know how. I read your reviews and thought you were too good to be true - there’s an exception to every rule. You have earnt all the lovely reviews and we now have the perfect spa angel to keeps us bubbling away. Marks phone did not let up today while he was fixing our spa -even fully booked in excess of 18hrs per day leading up to Xmas he did his best to help each caller while still working - I defy anyone to suggest he doesn’t do his best for prospective and existing customers. If I could give 10 stars I would. After leaving a message with Mark I was desperate to get spa fixed immediately so called another straight after who came around that day. Mark then called not long after and I thanked him but said I had someone else. He still offered to come around after him just to give a second opinion which I was very grateful for. After getting quoted $600-900 for parts but looking at more with labour, Mark then popped over and within couple of mins fixed the issue for me at no charge. I was obviously blown away and very thankful that Mark was so honest explaining all of the parts were unnecessary that the other quoted. To do that for me with his busy schedule has just won him a loyal customer for as long as I have a spa. Thanks again Mark, so appreciate you keeping me away from the sharks out there.

Mark was absolutely wonderful, very prompt in replying to my message, was able to come out to the job very quickly. Fixed it straight away. He even helped with how to maintain the spa to get the most of out it. Very professional and friendly,would definitely recommend him. Great job, thanks Mark
