      Mark was so helpful. I have a bathroom spa that was shooting water up to the ceiling from the jets. Mark asked lots of questions, got me to send him pictures of the spa and talked me through what to do (was as simple as needing to fill it up all the way to the top, then get in and have back against the angled jets, then turn on). It worked and was whisper quiet! I felt so silly, but Mark was fantastic and could easily have come all the way out to Alkimos and charged a call out or service fee when there was nothing wrong. Wonderful to experience such an honest and helpful person!

      I have an older spa and had been told there were multiple problems with the pumps/controller etc. Mark came around, had the job done in about 1/2 an hour AND it didn't cost me anywhere near what I had been quoted elsewhere. Didn't have to replace pumps etc after all. Very efficient and knowledgeable...I highly recommend Mark at Perth Spa Services. Thankyou!!

      I Have a cyclone monsoon spa bought from just spas.the spa is just 3 years old and the main pump stopped working Called Mark from Perth spa service to come and have a look . Great service and fixed the problem Straight away. Would use him again as he fixes the problem not just replacing parts for no reason like other companys do. Thanks again For great service

      I have an older model spa which broke down, due to its age etc...There was nothing really wrong with the shell just problems with the pump, heater, etc..
      Mark came around and basically had all the equipment right there in his truck to fix all the problems that were wrong with it. He fitted it with all the new technology that the new spa's would have, so i feel like i have a new spa! Happy Days!! Thanks Mark :)

      Mark was extremely efficient, came on the same day I made the call. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and gave me good advice. He carried with him an extensive range of spare parts and troubleshoot and fixed my Lanark spa within 15 minutes, even when another repair company told me the part wasn't available anymore.
