As a woman one of the most challenging tasks i have encountered over the years is dealing with tradies... My spa had been out of action for some time and I needed a tradie!!!
I contacted Mark on a recommendation from a female friend. :-)
From the moment i contacted Mark i was impressed with his professionalism, his customer service. He was knowledgable and provided an accurate summary of the problem.
Mark rang me 30 mins prior to arrival, and was thorough with his work and was able to replace the required part on the spot, even though the spa company is no longer in operation !!!
Mark provided me with maitenance and upkeep tips to keep my spa working in premium order.
It was refreshing to deal with a true processional, and he is a genuine nice bloke.
Thanks Mark you are a star, and I have no HESITATION recommending you.

As our old spa heater had died of old age I called a few spa companies to see what I would be up for. The first few did not seem too interested in helping or it would take a "few weeks" to get the required one in. We are talking a large spa heater so we were talking at least a few thousand dollars here too.

Fortunately I called Mark from Perth Spa Service. WOW what a difference. Excellent knowledge , even though our old spa heater is not even made anymore! He had the correct sized replacement delivered the next day !! Even before the bank had taken the money from my credit card! ....and we all know how quick the banks are!!

I will happily and highly recommend Mark from Perth Spa service to my friends , family and any of my clients who may need the service of a true professional.

Earlier this week my swim spa suddenly stopped working. I phone Mark who visited promptly to identify the problem and explained clearly what was wrong.

It was a manufacturing fault and whilst he was here, he wrote up a report and phoned both the spa manufacturer in Melbourne and retail outlet here.

Mark also took photos to accompany his report, which I sent off.

There were no further questions from the manufacturer and my spa was repaired within days.

Mark is reliable and not difficult to contact. Highly recommended.

Today i accidently cross-threaded the security ring on my cartridge filter.
After realizing i couldnt fix it myself. I called perth spa services.

I called at approx 11am and had someone out within a few hours regardless that he had only just left the area.

Service was fast and definitely friendly. Mark corrected my mistake and got everything put back toegther for me.

Mark was so lovely and didnt mind that i was a first time spa owner and was okay with me asking 800 silly questions.

He even he even went out of his way to show me a few things i should point out to my estate agent and gave me a few quick tips on owning and maintaining a spa.

Highly recommend perth spa services.

Mark from perth spa service. What a true professional with a wealth of knowledge and understanding. Most people would say "no sorry we will have to come out" and we would have to wait. After having difficulties getting our spa to work and ringing late on a saturday afternoon feeling utterley dissapointed we couldnt enjoy our new spa, mark talked us through all the steps. We sent him photos and he even went out of his way after a long days work to talk to us until our problem was solved he even sent us a hand drawn diagram of how things should be connected. After dealing with Mark I really couldn't thank him enough for his reliability and organisation with our query. His knowledge was clearly accurate and detailed and it was clear that he had a wealth of experience dealing with spa repairs. When I just read the other reviews it all made sense and I know that those people were writing out of genuine good will because they had also had a very good experience - and how rare to find good reliable people these days!!!
