If you want good, reliable, very reasonably priced professional service from someone with 30yrs experience and up to date knowledge in the spa/pool maintainance and repair industry - then Mark is your man. He turns up on time,completes the work quickly and is very honest. I will give him my business everytime as i am confident he isn't ripping me off.

Mark is amazing! After being told that the filter system we have for our spa is no longer manufactured, and being quoted over $1500 for repairs to different parts of our spa I called Mark for a quote/second opinion. Straight up he told me I had been lied to. Those parts were absolutely available, and he was able to bring over a new one, and fix a few other problems, without any trouble at all.
As a first time spa owner I don't know anything about anything, but Mark was helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Couldn't recommend him enough!

True to his word, Mark is on call 24/7. Christmas Eve and my Spa pump burnt out. I rated my chances of getting it fixed on the day as almost impossible. I was wrong, Mark came to the rescue. What fantastic service from a great guy. Thanks Mark and Merry Christmas from Michelle.

We cant rate or recommend Mark from Perth Spa Services highly enough!
We have a 5 seat portable spa that has a fully moulded fibre-glass shell; it has gone with us wherever we have gone. We first contacted Mark when we got back from Esperance in 2009 and can tell you from experience that there is nothing about spas that he doesnt know.
Over the years Mark has renewed and replaced outdated parts, so that our old spa is as good as new. Over the last 6 months 2 pumps have had to be replaced by the distributor (under-warrantee). This second time I was told by them that they no longer made the pump that would normally fit in the cabinet, the new pump was larger and it would have to be fitted external to our portable spa. Not knowing any different I agreed; I wasnt thrilled that we would never be able to move the spa again. Anyway, we had to ring Mark as there was an error message on the display panel. He could not believe what my husband told him and came to check out what had been done. Mark sorted out the problem through many phone calls and much paperwork.
Mark is supposed to be on holidays for Christmas; but came this morning to fix the spa so that we could use it over Christmas. It is working and I am so grateful to Mark for his expertise and ethical work practices. A Merry Christmas for us thanks to Mark at Perth Spa Services!! So pleased :-)

What a great service Perth Sp Service is, we needed a part for our Spa and as the Company we bought it from was no longer around we did not know what to do, so i got online and found Mark, what a professional. He arrived when he said he would, after checking out the problem it turned out he had the part with him so with no delay he got stuck in, refilled the Spa for me and had it back working, hey presto !, i was very impressed and i would recommend Mark to anyone.

We had Mark visit us yesterday to untangle the complete mess the previous provider left us in. Mark explained how the other guy's shoddy work caused our spa to fail. Mark was patient, helpful and from our perspective had heaps of integrity. He's even going to write a report on what he found with the other's shoddy work. We'll be booking Perth Spa Service for our annual service going forward. Extremely happy with the outcome!

It's not often that you can call out a repairman and get same day visit. I was blown away that Mark could fix then and there. This all happened on a Friday afternoon. Mark was friendly and was happy to pass on a few tips. Oh yeah, the other company that I called told me I had to wait at least 3 weeks before they could come and have a look. More than happy to recommend Mark to anybody.
