I can't find exactly what I'm after; can you make something for me?
Absolutely! Please contact us by phone or email, and we will happily make something suitably special for your recipient.
What time will the flowers arrive?
Flowers are delivered via specialist couriers, between 9am and 6pm (before 5pm for business addresses). If you order at least a day before your delivery date you have a 'before noon' option available. Sorry, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Our couriers do three runs per day, one at 8am, one at 11am and one at 2pm. If you place an order before 2pm we can have it delivered on the same day. Please see our delivery section for more details.
Can I add teddy bears, chocolates, etc with my order?
Flowers are great, but are even better with chocolates! So as you checkout, you will be given options to add extras such as teddy bears, balloons and chocolates to your order.
What happens if there is nobody at home when the flowers arrive?
The flowers will be left in a safe, cool place if the courier is able. If the courier is unable to leave the flowers we will contact you to see if you have any further instructions, please be aware that if we need to redeliver the flowers at a later time or date, a redelivery fee may be applicable.
Why don't you deliver to certain suburbs/states?
To keep delivery charges at a reasonable standard flat rate we have had to limit delivery to suburbs within 20kms of Sydney city via the website. However, if you need delivery outside of these areas, or would like to deliver interstate or overseas, please give us a call, as we have the facilities to arrange delivery to almost anywhere in the world.
Where are you located?
We are an online florist and as such are not open to the public; this allows us to help keep prices low. If you would like to send correspondence, our office address is 1A Brompton Street, Marrickville NSW 2204. All flowers are sent from our location in Alexandria, Melbourne.
Why do you have a limited range?
We have limited our range on the website to make ordering as quick and easy as possible. We want you to spend less time on our website and more time getting on with the many other things you need to do. If you need something bigger, all arrangements can be upgraded on the 'details' page, and if you would like something completely different, please give us a call and ask on 02 9188 5490.
What about quality?
We stand by our quality. The flowers we send out are fresh, premium quality flowers. All bouquets are sent out in bud form to ensure freshness and longer life, so your recipient will be able to enjoy them for longer.
What delivery method do you use?
We use specialist couriers with temperature controlled vans for our deliveries, each delivery is hand delivered to your recipient's door or place of business.

Just received a delivery from this company
The flowers are worth no more than $12 no idea how much the person paid for these
Honestly looks like someone just threw them in the mason jar and added a ribbon, the flowers are facing in every which way and if someone says daffodils there are alot of varieties but they seemed to give us just 1 type, not the original ones, this one is a hybrid of sorts, over all presentation looks bad a 3 yr old could do better.
At first it was a sweet gift until I really loved at the arrangement, you'd think the guy hated me.

We highly recommend Flowers Across Sidney for their customer service and variety of flowers and bouquets . Excellent quality and well priced. We ordered these flowers from Canada and it was so easy and the flowers were delivered the next day.

I needed some sympathy flowers sent to family and found Flowers Across Sydney. It took me a while to decide which beautiful bunch to choose and the option to have the flowers delivered in a vase is an excellent choice. Quick delivery and tracking information is available. Very very pleased with this company. So easy to order on line and the flowers were delivered in under 4 hours. A beautiful arrangement which thrilled the recipient.It was a much needed boost to a hospital patient. I would highly recommend this florist to anyone

The flowers were delivered promptly, appeared exactly as the order picture suggested they would, and were carefully placed by the delivery person in a secure, safe spot outside the recipients front door.
