I can't find exactly what I'm after; can you make something for me?
Absolutely! Please contact us by phone or email, and we will happily make something suitably special for your recipient.
What time will the flowers arrive?
Flowers are delivered via specialist couriers, between 9am and 6pm (before 5pm for business addresses). If you order at least a day before your delivery date you have a 'before noon' option available. Sorry, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Our couriers do three runs per day, one at 8am, one at 11am and one at 2pm. If you place an order before 2pm we can have it delivered on the same day. Please see our delivery section for more details.
Can I add teddy bears, chocolates, etc with my order?
Flowers are great, but are even better with chocolates! So as you checkout, you will be given options to add extras such as teddy bears, balloons and chocolates to your order.
What happens if there is nobody at home when the flowers arrive?
The flowers will be left in a safe, cool place if the courier is able. If the courier is unable to leave the flowers we will contact you to see if you have any further instructions, please be aware that if we need to redeliver the flowers at a later time or date, a redelivery fee may be applicable.
Why don't you deliver to certain suburbs/states?
To keep delivery charges at a reasonable standard flat rate we have had to limit delivery to suburbs within 20kms of Sydney city via the website. However, if you need delivery outside of these areas, or would like to deliver interstate or overseas, please give us a call, as we have the facilities to arrange delivery to almost anywhere in the world.
Where are you located?
We are an online florist and as such are not open to the public; this allows us to help keep prices low. If you would like to send correspondence, our office address is 1A Brompton Street, Marrickville NSW 2204. All flowers are sent from our location in Alexandria, Melbourne.
Why do you have a limited range?
We have limited our range on the website to make ordering as quick and easy as possible. We want you to spend less time on our website and more time getting on with the many other things you need to do. If you need something bigger, all arrangements can be upgraded on the 'details' page, and if you would like something completely different, please give us a call and ask on 02 9188 5490.
What about quality?
We stand by our quality. The flowers we send out are fresh, premium quality flowers. All bouquets are sent out in bud form to ensure freshness and longer life, so your recipient will be able to enjoy them for longer.
What delivery method do you use?
We use specialist couriers with temperature controlled vans for our deliveries, each delivery is hand delivered to your recipient's door or place of business.

Absolutely amazing service and value for money! Jess and the team were absolutely delightful to liaise with. Jess noticed that I had actually ordered double bouquets and was kind enough to email me and ask if it was a mistake or whether it was deliberate. Indeed it was a mistake but I was so impressed with your customer service - that you actually reached out and asked if it was a mistake, i decided not to change my order and asked if both bouquets could be made into one big one for my sister who lives in mascot. I live outside of Australia and because of COVID haven’t been able to see my sister since 2019. FAS was so affordable, the service was top notch and my sister got her flowers before midday the next day [I ordered them the night before]. Well done guys. I’m def recommending you to everyone I know in Syd and overseas. Jess you’re so wonderful, thank you again!

First time user at Flowers across Sydney. The online order was extremely easy to use . Clear pictures of the different bouquets with choices of colour and size . Reasonable prices and delivery charge. Communication and customer service beyond anything I've experienced before. Updated emails to confirm order and delivery progress. I could even track the delivery driver. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. Can not fault my experience. I will be a returning customer and will recommend to my family and friends . I was ordering flowers and balloons from Germany for a very special occasion. It was for me such a great luck that I found flowers across Sidney.
