Riverbank Removals

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! Big truck as told, turned up with two small rented trucks, and two backpackers!! Ripped my lounge suite and scratched and dinted my brand new fridge. BE AWARE they put GST onto their final price, and charge you a call out fee! even though I was quoted $139 per hour and no additional charges, check out their website. As for the other reviews here which have five stars, i think they are bogus... If you claim on their insurance there is a $500 excess you have to pay. NEVER again Riverbank removals, i will be telling everyone not to use you.

If you need a good removalist then go with this company period.
I have moved twice with them and will do so again when the need arises. The boys do a fantastic job and they are a happy bunch.

this company is fantastic. the boys were extremely careful with everything, and the truck was as snug and secure as possible. the boys were very polite and professional and the move was completed quite swiftly. i will be recommending this company to all of my friends. not only are the boys amazing at the job but it is also the cheapest removalist around. i highly recommend them.

After being left in the lurch on Saturday morning by another removalist company, I would like to say a massive thank you to all staff involved in my move on Saturday. After having already moved 2 houses, the boys that turned up were professional, polite and respectful. They were also a great asset to the company.

They completed the move, up and down stairs at 7 pm in the evening without any complaint what so ever. I will forever be grateful to your company for the professionalism that the boys and staff showed during my move. Furthermore, I will be referring my friends, work mates and anyone else that needs to move and use your service.

The boys were the best removalists I have ever come across, they even gave up their Saturday night to stay past 9pm and made sure everything was set up in our new home as we wished. We can not say enough good things about this company.

Worst removalist ever. If you want most of your items damaged and excessively long removal times whilst being charged by the hour by incompetent people then use these people. Your not really covered by their "insurance' either so don't be fooled. They expected us to help move items, only moved 5 of 10 items that needed to go and ruined most of them with scratches and dents.Lets not forget the holes in the walls, scrapes on the floors, the broken light fittings and the fence paling damage. I was so impressed by the service offered to my daughter when she moved from the Sunshine Coast Hinterland to Brisbane. The two young men involved worked so hard, and were very polite, friendly and efficient!

I will certainly be recommending their services to others.

We would like to express our thanks for the wonderful help we received on the day of our move. My partner was the only one at the house because I had work. She was very impressed at the way the boys were running up and down the stairs. They did not slow down, even to take a break which they were entitled to.

Because I had to work I was a little worried that the boys would work slow to ensure extra time, but this was most definitely not the case.
The boys surpassed "fit, friendly, efficient and professional;"
We will recommend this company to all of our friends when they have the need to move.

Terrible! Delayed our pick-up by 5 hours, but kept saying they'd be with us 'as soon as possible'. In the end we had to cancel and do the removing ourselves instead.

WARNING WARNING!!!!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY..
They are misleading, inexperienced and dodgy. They overcharge, take twice as long and will cause you nothing but grief. You'll end up paying way more than you should and then have to hire a trailer to take the things they "say" wouldn't fit, most likely in an effort to charge you more money. Then after that they won't return any of your calls and treat you like dirt......
