Riverbank Removals

Horrible! Book 2 weeks in advance, comfirm 2 days before moving day and they didn't show! We waited, they Wouldn't answer our calls or respond to texts! A horrible experience! Pitty there is not a 'no star' rating.

They just never turned up! And all phone numbers went straight to voicemail. Disgraceful. Called up another removalist company and told them that our removalists didn't show up they asked 'it wasn't Riverbank Removals was it'. I laughed, then they said they get many calls a week from disgruntled people. Apparently they overbook on purpose. DO NOT USE.

This guy hires a truck and then hires backpackers!
A two hour job turned into a 6 hour job and they threatened to lock our stuff in the van until the extra two hour period (which hadn't been worked yet) was paid for in full.
The owner Chris made my girlfriend cry over the phone and when the staff were confronted about the time blow out they explained that they were just backpackers and to their credit they were doing the best they could.
The way the matter was dealt with after the move was even worse. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I will never use this company again. They send out 2 inexperienced boys, have no idea on what they are doing, got lost, couldnt pack a storage shed, and damaged most of most furniture. When i rang to make a complaint they had no interest in listening to me, absolute disgrace.

I moved with this company last month. They made me pay up front an overquoted amount. Nearly a month later and still no refund. The 2 men moved slower than me on my own. This has been the longest move I've ever had with the least amount of items and shortest distance. It took them under 20 minutes to unload everything but over 2 hours to load it. Both properties had no stairs and easy access. I would never recommend this company

Really good guys that went above and beyond. Nothing was a problem and with competitive prices I cannot complain. Worked hard with no lunch break, even when I told them to stop. They wanted to keep the move within my budget and I loved that. Appreciate everything you did for me on Monday.

Had your guys move my wife and I Tuesday from Toowong to Underwood. We have a 2 bedroom home and it was moved in under a few hours. Had everything ready which saved a bit of time which is always great. Great guys to work with, could help move stuff to the truck and got everything in, in the 1 trip which saved us a bit of money.

Very happy with my move. The boys were lovely. Placed everything where I wanted it and made sure my fridge and new lounge had extra care taken. Loved how they wrapped everything up with big blankets and honestly don't have any complaints. Great effort.

Had no problems at all using these blokes. I had another company not rock up so gave riverbank removals a go and they had no worries squeezing us in and doing the move for me. No hassles and was a easy and stress free move. If you need quick and reliable blokes, give these guys a call. Will call yous first when I need to move next time. Thanks again.

Outstanding service provided by your team on Monday the 11th May. The 2 men that arrived, were such gentlemen. My belongings were treated like they were their own and were very careful. They placed everything where I needed in my new home and as a single mum that really helped. I will be recommending your service to my family and friends.
