Needed to say a very big thanks to the blokes that helped me move from Kingsholme to Elanora. They were fast, friendly and efficient. Nothing worse than someone rocking up and being rude, these boys obviously had done moving before arriving to my house and they were still in a great mood. I will definitely be recommending you. I just had the best removal experience with you guys. I had 2 trucks turn up and got my move finished very quickly. I had everything in the garage to save time lol and it honestly helped a lot. this is the 2nd time I used them. 1st time 5 stars, this time 1 star. guys were friendly, did not break anything but but were not efficient. The more I helped loading the slower they got....
my brother-in-law used them after my 1st move and was very happy, he saw how slow they were and will not us them next month with his move...
A pity that Management did not return my call or apologise, I had to call them again and they made @#$%^ excuses......................

These guys really listened to me when I called to make a booking. I ordered two 4 tonne trucks because I have low hanging powerlines out the front of the house. They arrived on time and the trucks were filled to the roof so a second trip did not have to happen which saved me money. I was very happy with the excellent customer service. The boys packed the truck well and worked extremely had considering it was a hot day. Thank you so much.

The boys were absolutely sensational. Im blown away and will be permanently deleting all other removalists numbers because I really cant be more impressed by their work. Thank you

I used this company today as I could not use my preferred removalist, i am utterly disgusted with the service provided, they were rude and dragged out the moving and packing of our furniture. They ripped our $6000 superking mattress which I spoke to them about and they did not want to admit fault. They would not take our lounge upstairs as they didnt want to mark them. The hourly price was the same as most companies except it took them twice as long to move our furniture (we already took all the boxes and small goods over so there was not much left for them to take). Very disappointed and will never use this company again

Riverbank Removals is the best move we have had by far! Showed up on time and despite being an awfully hot day, the guys got into it and finished in record time. They werent trying to waste time and both were happy and pleasant. They were expert packers and everything arrived without a scratch. Couldn't be happier! Will be booking again for any subsequent moves.

My move went splendid. Nuno's team moved my things as if it was their own furniture. They worked well into the night because it was such a big move and they did it without any complaints. I really felt like they were there to help me and it made my move so much better. Everything was moved in 1 piece and they were also very affordable. Thanks.
