Stoked with the help from the boys at Riverbank. The rates were cheap, NO depo to depo charges and they moved everything within my budget. Ive had bad experiences with a removalist before, but riverbank removals regained my faith in the industry. I also booked at the last minute and they did everything they could to help me. I received excellent service for a very wet weather move the other day. The boys that showed up got straight to the job. I have stairs to my apartment and I did not hear 1 complaint from them nor did they stop working to the best of their abilities the entire job.
they also did their best to keep my stuff out of the rain and I could not be happier.

Not sure which company these people all dealt with or if they're with the dodgy business known as Riverbank Removals. They said they were sending me a large truck but 2 backpackers turned up with 2 small hire trucks 3 hours late! Because of this and their slowness to pack the trucks the job wasn't complete. Further more one of them had to ring the office to get the final price before the 2nd truck was fully unloaded which wasted another 15 minutes and of course I was charged an extra half hour for. I've rung and spoken to them numerous time with a refund promised but yet to be seen. Stay clear of these guys.

Your boys helped me move earlier this week in Redland Bay. I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent customer service and great effort that Matt's team put into my move. I am extremely thankful for how quickly they packed the truck as I was on a budget. I even saved some money :)
