Cheers to the boys that helped myself and a mate move out of our flat this morning. Really appreciate the effort that they put in. I was stoked with the price and how fast they moved all of our stuff into our new house. Thanks Riverbank for the extra hands, really appreciate it.

Bernards team was so fantastic. They moved our 5 bedroom home from Carina to Balmoral and were the most efficient and professional removalists my husband and I have ever had. We saved so much money by taking the advise of the staff in the office, the customer service was great and the boys moved on the hot day all day with a smile on their faces. We will be recommending Riverbank Removals to everybody we know.

We used Riverbank Removals on Monday and I was so impressed with the service and the price. My 4 bedroom house was moved so quickly and in 1 trip. Matt's team did such a fantastic job and really looked after all of my furniture. We were on the second floor of an apartment building too, and nothing was too hard for these guys. We highly recommend the boys and the company and look forward to using them again.

Riverbank could not have been more helpful and thoughtful. The price was also great and I really could not believe how quickly they moved all of my stuff. We hired them to move us last January, we were booked in for a Monday but were asked to reschedule to Tuesday due to flooding. We recieved a confirmation text that morning, then another stating they'd be late. The team never showed up, all calls went unanswered, never got a response via email. Wouldn't waste my time with these guys. Had to hire someone else at the last minute since we had to be out/our power was off. Very unprofessional. A year later and still no contact or explanation.

This is a genuine review for an excellent, professional (as professional you can expect removalist being;), prompt and friendly removalist service my partner and I received last week. We had 2 removalist guys, who were just really friendly and careful with our property and belongings. We went 5 minutes over one hour but the the boys didn't charge us for an extra half hour. I just wanted to leave this review for the company as I'm very pleased customer and I would not hesitate to use this company again nor recommend to a friend. :) All the best
