I contacted Faraday Group to install downlights throughout my house and add some new power points. Pauline at the office was fantastic to deal with, and she sent John to do the work. He got the entire job done within the day, did great work and was within the quoted price. Super happy with the result and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

A very disappointing service from Faraday Group. Their electrician installed an oscillator switch for me in a wrong location and refused to correct his mistake despite explicit instructions from the product manufacturer. Furthermore, an independent electrician and independant product maintenance man company confirmed that they would not have installed the oscillator in its current location for safety and practical reasons. Faraday Group has refused to correct their mistake saying that the job is done so their not coming coming back to fix anything. If you hire these guys, you had better hope that they get the job done right the first time because they definitely won't fix their own errors, and will still demand full payment for the job, no matter how poorly executed.

I used these guys to install a new electricity meter. Incredibly professional and helpful. The job was done on time and on budget. Kept us informed throughout the process. Prices were also competitive. Highly recommend these guys.

John was brilliant. Light wasn't working in bathroom and we were unsure of what was causing the problem. He provided some options over the phone and wasn't prepared to give me an estimate Of cost sight unseen. He communicated with me well, was reasonably priced and reliable. Our tenants were very happy with the light installed. Invoice was received within the week.

I read the reviews on here before going ahead and booking Faraday. We will definitely be using them again. Such a relief to be pleasantly surprised when trying a new tradesperson!
