We had no power to our home due to failure on consumer connection and require Level 2 provider. Bad weather hampered the work. But Richard came back when the rains cleared and we got our power back before night. Definitely great service, quick with the quote and very responsible. Highly recommended!

Highly Recommended!! Great service, Pauline and all the guys were very thorough.
We had our switchboard replaced and upgraded. The work was done at short notice and Richard was efficient and extremely professional plus he left the place neat and spotless.

We lost power to the house due to a truck hitting the power line.Ausgrid came out and defected the set up due to lack of height.Needed a level 2 electrician to fix the problem.By the time I spoke with Pauline it was late in the day so there was no chance of having power that night but Richard still came by at 6pm to see what he would need to do the following day.Knowing he was able to fix it was reassuring enough.The following day it was raining all morning.The moment it cleared Richard was on site.After a short time it started to rain again but Richard stayed at it.It rained off and on all afternoon but he didn't stop once.What really impressed me is that Richard was so relaxed and pleasant the entire time.I sincerely mean it when I say that I am so impressed with Pauline and Richard.I am truly grateful for how helpful they were at a very stressful time.Very happy that I can post this review to show my appreciation.

Faraday group installed the main electricity post for the property. It was done professionally, on time, and with no unexpected issues at all. They were courteous and I highly recommend their services going by my experience.

The Faraday Group designed and installed a traffic counting system for our regional shopping centre located in western Sydney. This system has enabled us to monitor the visitation to the Centre and measure the success of specific marketing campaigns. Their after sales service has been excellent with repairs and maintenance attended to swiftly and effeciently.
