If I could give 6 stars I would! This is the 2nd time I've used Faraday and they just keep getting better. Richard does great work and is always on time. You won't regret using them for any electrical work no matter where you live in Sydney.

We contacted Faraday after several electricians had said they could not fix our solar inverter. Pauline immediately said they'd be happy to do it, and promptly forwarded a quote. Within days we had a new upgraded inverter installed very efficiently by Xavier. It's always good to know suppliers who can do things a bit out of the ordinary.

On 24th of April we returned from a two week trip overseas to discover we lost half the power to our property which also included the loss of hot water! timing was far from idea, Monday afternoon 3pm and the day before ANZAC day! I made a couple of calls to local business and was left with the option of waiting to Wednesday or payng a silly rate for a emergency call out! I made one more call (Faraday group) and was greeted with a very polite and helpful lady (Pauline) who was very helpful and arranged for her engineer (Richard) to come to our property in 30 minutes!!! Richard was excellent, identified and repaired the problem within half an hr, cost of service was also very good. I can honestly say I would strongly recommend Faraday group, they are local to Turramurra, friendly, reliable, great value and responsive! P.S - Richard is also level 2 qualified!

After the overhead power line into my house was pulled loose by a passing truck I called Faraday Group to ask if they could help and they were really helpful on the phone, sent someone out promptly to quote and did a great job fixing my line. It looks better than new, really appreciate their work, Alex, Epping NSW.

Rang Faraday Group over 4 weeks ago on the basis of these reviews. The lights in my studio were no longer working and I left my details for them to contact me. Didn't hear anything so rang Faraday again about a week ago and was told I had been overlooked somehow. Was told I would be rung back that afternoon/evening to organise someone to come over in the next couple of days. A week later I still hadn't heard anything so I rang back again this afternoon. I was told by the woman in the office to ring Richard. I rang Richard who told me to ring the office, which I said I just had. Richard coudn't talk to me because he was driving. I said FORGET ABOUT IT. I'LL GET SOMEONE ELSE. What a waste of time. Very disappointed given these reviews.

Needed urgent reconnection of power supply using an alterate connection point on property due to supply being over pool area (Level 2 acereditation required). Faradays provided most sensible and reasonable quote for relocation to opposite end of property with underground connection and boundary post at a rate cheaper than most for a standard overhead connection. Much neater and safer job - excellent work - Highly recomend (work just completed December 2016). Very
pleasant, courteous and professional communication with Richard & Pauline.

I live in Denistone East and needed some electrical work done. I have used Faraday Electricians 25 years ago and I was happy to see they are still in business. Stan's son Richard still runs the family business with sister Pauline in the office. Electrician John came and did my work, friendly, but professional, and punctual. Highly recommended for anyone needing residential work done with peace of mind. I am a tech and can recognise good electrical work when I see it.

Before you commit to any other electrical contractor, 'do yourself a favour' as the saying goes and call Pauline at Faraday Group and compare the offers right down to the quality of the electrical components being used (as this is where some quotes can differ dramatically).

Found Faraday on True Local, and am very very happy with the provided level of service. John was very professional and skillful and clean! Exceeding all my expectations. Was worried the electrical work would dirty the newly cleaned light coloured carpet, but John was very kind to remove his boots, without me having to request. He met all my electrical needs, from wiring cables up in the roof, refitting a power outlet in hard to reach area under the tiny laundry unit, and drilling & wiring cables through concrete pillars. Thanks for the great service! Will definitely use your service again! And recommend to friends too!
