Faraday Group

I was looking for an electrician to do the rough in for our kitchen renovation 3 weeks prior to Christmas. Well it was either 3rd time lucky or the Sparky Gods were looking out for me. Faraday was the 3rd electrician I'd contacted that responded, as the other 2 didn't respond at all. Pauline put me onto John, I explained my situation, sent a photo of the electrical box, received a quote via e-mail for the job and John came out as arranged. I could not ever ask for a better response and superb service. We had delays in the renovation to complete the job, but Faraday was always there with a follow up to check on progress. Once I was ready for them to complete the job, they were as arranged, on time, professional and explained everything on the final installation. I must admit, in the 20 years of doing renovations on my house, it was the best experience in dealing with tradesmen. For anyone wanting electrical work done, I would strongly recommend Faraday, hands down.

I had a leaning service pole in my property, and was informed by Ausgrid that the job had to be repaired at my expense by a Level 2 Electrician. I contacted a couple of Level 2 Electricians and asked for a quote to either fix or replace the pole. Faraday Group called me up the very next day, and came around to inspect the pole, and gave a quote within two days. The others said that they will respond, and they did so in about two weeks. Faraday Group was very price competitive, and on placing the job order, completed the job within two days. The job was tough, as the old pole could not be easily removed, and on top of it the wires were running across a very busy road and did not have much of a slack. They gamely worked the whole day, and finished the job, and also maded the arrangements to remove the old pole.
I would recommend this company to anyone for the following reasons
1: Extremely prompt in their response for quotes
2: Excellence in their service - their office staff are always available
3: Very professional in their approach, and do a complete job without resorting to shortcuts
4: Do not keep loose ends hanging about.

Very happy with Faraday Group. Communication was excellent, which is probably the number one thing for me, at least initially. Quotes were reasonable and Richard, who did two jobs for us in consecutive weeks at our house in Ryde, was friendly and a very hard worker, especially on a hot afternoon. My wife and I have become wary of dealing with tradies and can count on one hand our good experiences - these guys are in that select group!

I just wanted to say a very big Thank You to Pauline, who was the Faraday Group representative I dealt with via Phone today when trying to get my senior Mothers electricity back up and running from my Workplace - Mum had been without power and hot water for near an entire day but Pauline was very understanding and reassuring that she would have electrical services re-established that day, even though their Technician (Richard) was in Seven Hills and My mother lives on the Northern Beaches - Richard was apparently very hard-working and kind to my Mother, so I appreciate the lunch-time driving he endured to get to my Mothers house in time to sort her out temporarily. Thanks so much to the Faraday Group for helping out in an emergency and being professional and understanding about it all.

I need a level 2 Electrician to upgrade our electricity supply for an installation of a new AC. I called 3 companies in the area and decided on the Faraday group and I was very happy with their excellent service. Pauline from the office was very helpful, quick to respond to any of my questions and when she couldn't Richard the electrician contacted me very quickly, explaining with patience. Highly recommendable, honest and reliable. Will definitely use them again.

Our company in Mascot needed an electrician today and I found Faraday Group using the Yellow Pages search. Pauline contacted me less than 10mins after I'd emailed her and the electrician arrived on time a couple of hours later. Fast and efficient service - we will definitely be using them again.

I used faraday Group to instal 2 ceiling fans at my parents house. My parents are old and can easily be taken advantage of. This is the second time I have used Faraday Group and I also recommend them to everyone because they are the most trusting electricians I have come across. They treated Mum and Dad with respect, they installed the fans and made sure my parents were happy before they left. They also cleaned up before they left. I called my parents to make sure everything went smoothly, both Mum and Dad were very impressed (which made me happy). It costed less than we thought it was going to be.

If you read this review, give the faraday Group a go. They are just superb.

I had just moved house to Gordon in NSW and needed data cabling run from upstairs urgently to my study downstairs as I work from home quite a bit. I looked up local electricians and really liked the sound of the Faraday Group.

From the first call I knew they were the right choice. Pauline was a pleasure to deal with and offered exceptional customer service with a hugh smile over the phone and John who performed the actual work was very professional, knowledgeable and the quality of his work was the best i'd seen.

I cannot recommend Faraday Group enough. If you need any electrical or data work for both Commercial or Domestic you should call them immediately, you won't be disappointed!

We needed to upgrade our 1958, non-compliant mains to a new pole & mains at Avalon and to increase the height of the main supply wire over the property. Pauline and Richard were lovely to deal with - told me what photos they needed and came back with advice and a firm quote within hours. Then did what they promised without fuss or hassle. Richard and his offsider were diligent, polite, friendly, efficient, capable, immediately responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Faraday Group provided a fantastic service for me that was keenly priced.

I engaged them as my level 2 electricians for my granny flat construction in Seven Hills (Blacktown LGA). As a first time owner-builder I struggled through the process but Richard and Pauline at Faraday were patient and helpful through the whole process. They went over and above their services in giving me advice and guidance along the way. Faraday will be my default level 2 electricians going forward.

They were also honest and transparent in their pricing.
