Required an electrician to replace all our light fittings and could not be happier with the end result. From Pauline in the front office through to John who undertook the electrical work, their service and workmanship was first class. If I require further electrical work to be done I will definitely be using them.

I urgently needed a Level 2 sparky to fix a very dangerous attachment point where the high power cables connected to my building from the power pole. I contacted my usual sparky and he said "no problems, I'll get onto it....". Well., 6 weeks later and even with 2 more follow up calls from me, the job was still not done and I was having some sleepless nights!

I then contacted another sparky and told them the story and they also said "no problem, we'll get out there tomorrow to have a look at the job and give you a price"....well, that didn't happen and after a few days I left 2 messages and nobody returned my calls.

By this time my stress level was getting high and Ausgrid came out and said that I needed to get the problem fixed as soon as possible. I told them that I had been trying to get it fixed etc etc.

Anyway, I luckily found Faraday and spoke to Pauline who was wonderful and she contacted Richard, there expert on these type of problems and within 2 days I received a quote and the problem was fixed within the next week! Sensational!

I have dealt with a lot of tradesmen over the years and these guys are absolutely great, professional and have a great attitude to providing exceptional customer service.

I highly recommend them for any electrical work you may require.

Had an emergency problem; Consumer Mains power shorted out during a storm and dangerous. Faraday's qualified electrician came out and fixed my problem and ran new consumer mains in less than a day. Couldn't be happier with them.

I work for a real estate company in Castle Hill as a property manager. I recently had to get a private power pole changed which required a level 2 electrician. With little to no knowledge of what was required I sought out the services of the Faraday Group.

From start to finish the service from Pauline and the team was excellent. This entailed providing a highly competitive free quote quickly, liaising with our tenants, communicating with endeavour energy and also completing the job in a timely efficient manner.

The key factor was communication, I was informed with the status of the job from start to finish.

During the recent April mini-cyclone storm, our mixed commercial/residential property in Ashfield suffered storm damage to the cables between the building and the street power lines cutting power to the business and to occupants. This was at a time when heavy demands were being made on Ausgrid to inspect supply interruptions and advise who was responsible for restoring power. Once the Ausgrid inspector arrived and checked the power supply, he advised one of the feed cables had broken away due to wind loading and an ASP [Accredited Service Providor] with level 2 qualification was required to rectify the damage.

I then had the problem of finding an ASP in the early evening after normal business hours; I did an internet search and the Faraday Group came up as one of the suggested contractors for both the work and for the Ashfield area, I read the reviews and must admit to being sceptical that the reviews were "too good to be true". I rang this company and Pauline answered the phone, I explained my problem and she said she would contact one of their electricians who covered Ashfield and she would call me back. Pauline was true to her word and rang me back shortly afterwards to advise Richard would be there mid-morning next day to inspect the problem and arrange rectification. Richard rang me shortly afterwards and I was able to give him specific information on the problem and site conditions.

Next morning, Richard arrived as promised and checked the problem and found he needed a less-commonly used junction box due to the age of the heritage-listed building. He was able to source the required box from a supplier and completed it 4 hours later. I have very high regard for Richard's experience and work practices after observing his work and his attention to the little things that make a good job a great job. The end result was a happy business lessee and happy residents much earlier than I anticipated and at a cost that was extremely reasonable given the work involved and the site conditions.

My experience absolutely confirms the favourable comments from other reviewers about this Company and their employees. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone requiring a competent, reliable and affordable ASP Level 2 electrician.

Faraday provided brilliant service to us from the moment we made contact at 6.15am on a Monday morning until the job was done that afternoon. We had an urgent and difficult situation at our Industrial premises which needed a Level 2 ASP, and it was successfully resolved by the Faraday staff with a minmum of fuss and a maximum of efficiency.

They were on site within an hour and quickly gave us a level of comfort that they knew their stuff. It was a long hard day for Richard and John who both worked tirelessly until the job was completed late in the afternoon.. Their professionalism, communication and work ethic were superb. 10/10.

I was advised that I needed a Level 2 electrician to service the electricity wires that connect to the roof of my home.

The guy arrived on time (it was a rainy day). He was a very decent and trustworthy guy. He carried out the work, knocked on my door to tell me the work was done and left. Easy as that.

We needed a switchboard upgrade in Balmain, plus 3 phase consumer mains upgrade and new meter requiring a level 2 electrician. Faraday were very efficient, prompt and did more than asked for, as they worked with my domestic electrician. Highly recommended.
