Faraday was referred to me by a friend and I was really impressed by their customer service (Pauline is terrific). The work was done the the same week and once again, very professional. I can highly recommend them.

I use the Faraday Group for all my home electrical needs, and have done so for the past few years. They provide great service. John & Pauline are fantastic. With trades it can be difficult to find the right one. They are definitely my "go-to" for electrical.

Excuse my puns but want to give a big plug for Faraday Group who did a fantastic job for us sorting out a major electrical problem that kept tripping a fuse. They arrived on time and got the job done very quickly and we were pleasantly shocked at the reasonable charge.

I contacted Pauline at Faraday Group to check why a few of our fluorescent lights had quickly gone out over a few days. Her electricians diagnosed the problem the next day and once the approval was given from the owner, they were out quickly to do the work. The electrician was clean and tidy and apart from the bright lights working again, you would not have known that anyone had been.

I had John from Faraday Group run Cat 6 patch cables through the walls/ceiling and install walls plates at my house in Erskine Park. Not that easy an assignment as the ceiling area is very confined and cluttered. Nice to see an electrician on time and visit with a smile on his face. His work was professional, completed correctly and done to my expectation. Cleaned up afterwards and, oh yes...... I didn’t have to mention or ask for shoes off because it was wet outside!!

I am a property developer and have just completed a project of 6 residential units in Rose Bay. I came across Faraday Group using an internet search. The turned out to be one of the most competent companies I have ever used in all areas!
The service from them was faultless. They are very cost-competitive and the value for money is outstanding. They are all extremely knowledgeable in all areas and provided advice and assistance above and beyond their original scope. All work they did was to a very high standard and done on time as originally quoted.

Had John from the Faraday Group come by yesterday and install a bathroom exhaust fan and fix a light switch for us in Gladesville. John was extremely friendly and very professional. Got the job done fast, even though the install was not straight forward. He tried to keep everything clean and tidy as he was working. Great service, looking forward to using these guys again.

I contacted the Faraday Group for a quote for level 1 and level 2 electrical works at my rental property in Botany NSW. They were punctual on their first attendance and prompt with their quote which was very reasonably priced given the scope of works to be carried out, so I engaged them to do the works. John and Richard were always very helpful, and accommodating, and Pauline (admin) was always very easy to deal with on the phone. They kept me advised of any issues during the course of the works. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using the Faraday Group again.
