Very happy with the work completed by the plumber from Priority one plumbing and electrical. The plumber was on time and very knowledgable about the issue that I was having. The plumber fixed the issue quickly and removed all the rubbish, he was friendly and didn't mind around any of my pets.

Would definitely recommend.

Our hot water system stopped working last Wednesday so we called the plumbers out, they quoted to replace the whole system but I get paid on Mondays so paid the deposit and booked it in for them. It worked again on Friday so I called them up to cancel. They recommended that I go ahead with it as it was definitely nearing the end of its life. With my luck it stopped working again! I called them up on Sunday and they squeezed me in for the

for the Monday.

Even though I cancelled they were very polite and professional. They were happy to assist me and they had a great customer service.

Our 15 year old hot water unit stopped working, I called Priority one plumbing and electrical to see if it could be fixed. Priority One plumbing and electrical was easy to contact and came to rescue within only a couple of hours. Unfortunately the unit required replacing. They answered my questions without fuss and were able to organise an installation quickly. The cost was well below what we thought which is always a good thing. The plumber even spent a little extra time checking our taps to ensure they were all safe and secure. I was happy with the quality of work and my overall experience with Priority one Plumbing and Electrical.

I called Priority one Plumbing and Electrical to service a leaking bathtub tap in my main bathroom. Having never used a plumber for ourselves before, I jumped on Google and Priority One Plumbing and Electrical caught my eye. The lady over the phone was very polite and sent a plumber straight away. The plumber repaired the tap and provided me advice on how we can approach the builder to fix the damage caused to my living room ceiling caused by damaged tap.

I didn't know this company or anyone from it, however I can tell you one thing... we will definitely be getting them back to do a dishwasher change and even a whole new bathroom in the future.

I recently used Priority one Plumbing & Electrical as I had been given run around by so many other plumbers and I must say that they are by far the best in every way. I would definitely use them again and will definitely refer them to family and friends. The gentleman that helped me was extremely professional and experienced.

Our sewer line was blocked and we needed a technician to come out this morning. The lady who took my call to organise my booking was very helpful. Plumber arrived on booked time, I was very impressed as usually you can be waiting the best part of the whole morning. He explained how water jetting provides much more thorough clearance than an eel. He was very compotent and friendly, he finished the work and left no mess.

Priority one Plumbing and Electrical have been my go-to plumbers for years now. Recently they came out to fix a sewage problem. Diagnosed problem very quickly and applied the lastest tenchique to resolve the problem. They have all the latest equipment and solution and tidy up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
